Okay, I'm a little late here and new to this board, but Sexy Ol Broad CAN be a compliment. Its a state of mind, and it does NOT mean OLD....it just means ya don't take yourself too seriously and are secure in who you are. I'll take it!

I know whereof thou speak'st. Sooner or later people start 'reading between the lines', and get it all wrong. I have made a mental note to never again end an example of my wry humor with an exclamation mark. That's where the trouble starts. Instead of taking it as a sort of 'smiley', people take it as a 'SHOUT'.

"Old Broads"; they're not pretentious, they usually have both feet on the ground, they don't live in the past, they'll rock the socks off both young and old, and what you see is what you get. They give as well as they get and they have smiles that are sincere, affectionate and contagious.

By the way, to those younger men you date, you are the old broad, ...chronologically atleast.

Tainq, thanks! I hope that describes me, I know it's exactly what I try to be. I've said it before, and I'll say it again...I'm proud to be an 'old broad'. To me it's a badge of honor...we've managed to raise our kids, take care of our parents, build careers and have survived to not only tell the tale, but laugh at it all. We still have plenty of mileage left, and if our bodies are softer now, so are our natures. We've learned a lot about giving and taking and compromise. I think that at this point in our lives we don't have a lot we need to prove - all we really need now is someone to love who loves us...and everything else can be worked out.

Hi,
For an older broad, I sure have had a lot of younger guys emailing me and winking at me. They know who has been down the road and back and who knows how to treat a guy. Some of these younger guys are very mature and enjoy the company of an older mature LADY.
