I'm thinking AK isn't the most ideal place to go looking for a date. I think I'll just stick to work, then come home, ride my dirtbike (weather permitting of course) and wait till I go back down to the East Coast to try and find one. But far be it from me not to leave little post around every once in awhile.

You will find all the good looking women in Anchorage. There lots of 'em in the downtown mall, and as one 17 year old girl said (she lives there) "there are lots of attractive, rich men looking for them there too.

Yeah: when they come in from out of town to go shopping, you will. Anchorage is NOT even Alaska! Not according to Alaskans and no, you won't find all the best looking women living there. There are a lot of beautiful women in Alaska out in the villages and in the smaller towns and in places where there are no towns whatsoever.
You'll find almost all the overly made up, prissy, worthless, gold digging sluts in Anchorage, though and most of them at 'Koots

And I'd say don't "import" but get the hell out because I doubt you were invited anyway. Alaska doesn't want or need anyone that friggin' self centered or stuck up or whatever your damage is .. so feel free to leave if you are there and to stay gone if you've already left. You are obviously one of the reasons the general IQ score has gone down.

And before you even say shite, no this is not about man hatred or jealousy or any other b.s. you are about to come up with .. this is about a bunch of arses that don't even belong in Alaska presuming to judge anything about Alaska and how or why it works the way it does.
That saying about the goods are odd, by the way, is about the men, not the women. And it is a saying precisely, in part, because of men who think like you.
This is my home, my heart, and I don't like to hear intolerant persons who have failed to learn how to live there bad mouthing my home or the people in it.
Alaska is a very good place to go looking for a date, if you can avoid the common American sleaze bag, and instead focus on someone who is interested in really being alive and sharing time together. It's really not the fault of the women that you can't look past the fake cleavage of the gold digging sluts towardst the real women .. who are considered by many to be some of the most beautiful women on earth.

Chilkoot Charlie's was very well known when I was in California and Texas. Too well known - people travel from all over the world to go there, to The Great Alaskan Bush Company, to the Pizza Ria Delphi, and to Country Cuts in Palmer. Not to mention Dragon Ray's for their tats.
I wish you were right because as far as I'm concerned 'Koots is a blemish. But I know you aren't. People often extoll the "virtues" of same and of TGABC, wherever I go, and proceed to tell me how I should be so proud that Alaskan women are known as some of the most beautiful women on earth and how I should go and put on a bikini and find a pole and join the general merriment and all sorts of other shite I also don't want to hear.
It's entirely the sort of place one would expect to find a man who talks like you. I've never been inside it. It's a place for disgusting selfish Americans who have no love for the land and who can't see beyond the end of their own pecker to go and find what they think is going to make them happy that night and if they have a gold card or better they may even be right.
So it does you no good to insult it, silly ass badger man, because I sure as hell wasn't talking it up. But, you do know what 'Koots is.. and that is exactly what I was implying about you. I really don't care if you think Alaskan women are good looking or not.
Nor do I care if you like the weather, indegenous species, etc.
What I do care about is
1) Anyone importing more women who are airheaded bimbos completely incapable of changing their own tire, hauling their own wood, or doing anything else necessary to live in Alaska as an Alaskan.
No one should be imported to Alaska, unless it's for love or short term work assignments, and then only by Alaskans. People should be exported.
2) The concept of the only good looking women being in Anchorage. Because, hello: Anchorage is not part of Alaska, it's part of Seattle and if you were Alaskan, you'd know that! And if you aren't Alaskan you've got no business making those sort of judgement calls anyway.
3) Misquotes :As I said, the odds are good but the goods are odd is about men, not women. It's a joke based on the strangeness of the men and the majority of them over the women and is mainly designed to keep people from being imported!
If you don't like Alaska, leave it. If you don't like Alaskan people, leave them. If you don't like the weather, move. If you don't like the road conditions, drive them just the once more to f_ off to Canada and leave Alaska to the Alaskans who do like it all. It's that simple.
There's too many people there already and they are ruining everything good about the place. So please .. don't import .. export... go wherever it is you think has the sort of women you'd like to date and live there.

For the same reason the Cherokee moved out of Alaska .. waiting for the die off of the interlopers and the smell to dissipate.
Also because she's quite hideously poor and oh so slowly making her way towards a visit to Scotland. Arizona is much closer to the right airports than Alaska is, don't you know?

*sigh* My point is that your post was incredibly prejudiced against and offensive towards Alaska, Alaskans, Alaskan Women, and women in general and in relatively that order.
So if you don't like it being done to you, then don't give people a reason to respond to your own prejudiced bullshite. Because people in Alaska are generally as tolerated as they are tolerant. .. and you, Mr. Intolerant, quite obviously, do not want to be there. At least, not without molding it to fit your needs .. which is not the way it should work, past a certain point.
Everything you said in your short little post pointed to what is some of the ugliest aspects of life in Alaska .. the part time "Alaskan" who comes to make money and muck up the place and then goes to the place they actually want to be for anything approaching pleasantness and that's where they spend their time, show their affection, and spend their money and make other people happy. It's really quite disgusting. And it wouldn't happen if there weren't still laws and social conditioning that says that when businesses seek employees, if it's for anything important at all, they must first seek outside of Alaska.
If you were there because you wanted to be, no one would be being prejdiced against you. But you come off as a giant user and abuser and talk about an entire country, group of people, and sex of people as if they are toys for your amusement.
That's my point.
