Ok most of us have a photobucket account.
You put pictures in and then copy and paste the url to here.
Go to photobucket.com
I will right click on a picture and then copy and paste it to my documents. Then load them to photobucket.

These images are all "hot-linked" from other websites (except my aardvark kiss one, which is linked from my profile here)
I know Katt, Pali and I have PhotoBucket accounts (www.photobucket.com) full of images and smilies we've found and snitched and saved over the years. Also, you can upload pics to Image-Shack (www.image-shack.com) for them to host (free) -- all you need is a URL (check the picture's 'properties'), although some pictures from some sites won't allow direct 'hot-linking'...(it uses up the sites bandwith, which isn't too polite)

And  be careful where you link from...because "properties" tells you where the smily originated, CuteBabe
