Shout-outs are here!

Now you can post a shout-out on your friends' profiles! Post a "what's up", "how's it going", "had fun friday night", anything you want!
Shout-outs use the same settings as comments here.
When viewing a profile, you will see a "post a shout-out >>" link next to the tabs. Click that link to post a shout-out on that member's profile.
If a member has shout-outs, there will be a "shout-out" tab with the number of shout-out they have. Clicking the tab will view their shout-outs.

I shouted at myself, too (hey, not the first time, lol)
Question: is there a way to delete them? I mean just in case someone shouts something ugly (it's been know to happen now and then  )
And while I have "blog comments" set up for "approval only", I didn't receive notification for my "shout" (but it could be because I was talking to myself -- I dunno)

OK, I had to give "approval" for someone else's "shout-out" to be posted.
That answers that question. 
Still would be nice to be able to delete at a later date (in case we don't like that person anymore or something, lol)

We are currently adding this feature for shoutouts, blog comments, and photo comments.

Thanks MD for the wonderful new features! However, I can't figure out how to change my comments under my profile pictures!  Is there a way to edit them?

Hey KJ go to edit my profile then MY PHOTOS......click on the picture that you want to change and at the bottom you will see something like edit caption.......  I want to be a MD tech when I grow up

You can now delete shouts-out from your profile or pictures. When viewing your own shout-outs or pic comments you will see a trash can icon in the upper right hand corner of the comment. Click that to delete the comment or shout-out.
