oh wait i get it like a preview of what yer sending to some one?/ is THAT why i have been having to hit send twice?/ i thought i was losing it haha

You shouldn't have to hit 'send' twice, but you definitely figured out what the 'preview' is all about. If we sent off an image or URL addy, and they were input wrong, we had no way to check on the status of the email. I would send myself the email first, at times, and make sure it arrived intact. Now, we have the ability to check it out before sending, just like with our forum posts. Pretty cool, eh?
