We are doing an upgrade to the back end of the mail system right now. The upgrade entails 2 steps. During which, mail in the queue will not be processed. You can send and reply to messages, but they won't be delivered to the recipients inbox until the upgrade is complete. No messages will be lost, their delivery will just be delayed.
Between steps 1 and 2 we will process all mail in the queue so that they are delivered. We estimate each step to take about 2 hours.
Sorry for the inconvenience everyone. But this upgrade will increase the performance of the mail system to allow us to keep growing.

Don't run away! I have a question! (yah-yah-yah, there's always ONE in the room that corners the teacher as he's leaving  )
Is anything being considered about forwarding emails (gold member benefit) in BULK? One at a time is OK, but they all come in to the members home mail with the exact same header!  There's just no way to sort them out without reading each one individually to find that "special" one ~sigh~
(It'd also help keep our mailboxes here cleaned out and up-to-date  )
PS, thank you for the holiday decorations! It looks festive and might remind us to be cheeful ~giggle~

OK Sweet China, you delivered my mail for MD and the little red envelope is blinking. I just have to wait to read it. Ya know, I dated a postal worker a couple yrs ago. Always be nice to your mailman or they can hold your mail for several days. I never thought about that until he told me several things they did if someone was rude to them.  I sure was glad we had a friendly breakup!

Is there a setting I can't find to have NEWEST mail at the top instead of at the bottom. It used to always be at the top until the maintenance last night.....
Help!!!

Me again!!! Why does my IN BOX show 0 when there are emails in it..... however all of the rest of the boxes show correctly?

They're still there, but just not always showing up with the rest of your new mail. We're fixing it.

Ah... OK -- the system generated email go to the bottom of the inbox... *scream*
