 am i the only one this is driveing them CRAZY. Not bein able to talk to a person on the PHONE? And now its even worse than b4.WE are being asked so many questions.And giveing so many answers.If someone did not know who was on the other end.It would surly seem you were CHATTING w/ ?? CALGON TAKE ME AWAY are TALK 2 this ROBOT  Have a wonderful day/evening San Francisco here ....Bon,,,

No it's not just you...I feel the same way. Plus no long distance on my phone makes it even harder.....singel mom, very tight budget....no cable TV either...we watch DVD on the weekends as a family, or read. That's how we get by...lol.

Ugh! Punch this number...punch that number.....nope..you're in the wrong department! What's worse are those "speak to the robot" thingies. Say "yes" or "no" or "tell us what you want to do". I never get anywhere those those things, so I just start saying, "Well...I'd like to take a cruise......" Answer? "I'm sorry, that is not on the menu."

I really hate "voice message" systems, too. The good news is, at least on many of them if you hit 'zero' a few times, and maybe the 'star' key, you can get the "please hold for the next available agent..." message.

Chris lol theres no 2 ways about it we're gonna b on that phone talking are waiting for someone to talk to, Are if were lucky mayb we will hear some MUSIC  i always have my puzzle book near by have a good one Bonnie
