Yes Jack, Burn's is still open. Though I have heard it has gone down hill lately and not worth the money anymore.

JF, went to Tijuana Flats last week for first time, food was good, but didn't know you stand in line to order and stuff... so it will be a lunch place.. witch, thanks for the info on Burns, went there YEARS ago.. and it was expensive but good... and yep, could have googled it, but this thread made me think of it, so, here it was asked... and answered...

If you are a chinese food lover like I am, you may want to try the fllowing restaurants in the Orlando area.
Eastern Pearl in Altamone Springs, It does not look like much from the outside , but its really beautiful and relaxing inside. They have a very extensive menu and the food is delicious.
Forbidden City on Mills near Downtown Orlando . Once again do not let the outside fool you , The food is absolutely yummy and its become my choice for my birthday dinner every year. This restaurant has been serving fabulous Chinese since the the eighties. Its a tiny place but big on flavor. Im making myself hungry thinking about it.

Hi Dove, I think the one you are thinking of is either Pappas or Hellas. Plaka's is this little one in the middle of shops, it is family owned and operated. We have always had great service and wonderful food there...the sandwiches come in plastic baskets with wax paper in them. They make the best bread and pita's. Have to get Tzatziki sauce appetizer. The bread they give you with it has Anise seeds in it....now that I am in the mood for Greek food, I am going to end up going down there after work...lol That is the bad thing about living 15 min away from the sponge docks.....lol
