I
I just was wondering if anyone was heading to Tampa for Tattoofest? I'll be there!! It's not this Sunday but next, and being held at the Doubletree in Tampa. Are there any men out there that love ink as much as I do?

Well Hey CreamQueeny! I don't have any tattoos of my own but I sure don't mind looking at'em
It's beautiful body art, as far as I'm concerned.

that's what I'm doing.. I'm going to the convention so that a new shop will have someone to tattoo.. besides that, I get a break in price so it works! ;-)

I think Tattoos are beautiful too, but I could not see a Tattoo convention as being entertaining for long.. Its kind of like the Rodeo the first ten minutes are exciting and after that its just more of the same.

Oh no Dove they are very interesting....so many different artists and different styles. I get bored when I go only because I am a walking billboard for the shop and I was there for days. Lucky for me, my work was done for free and I am good at hiding the pain when being worked on...lol

I went last year and it was ok, but I am from Mich. originally and am a retired tattoo artist, so I have been to conventions all over the US. The one in Chicago was the best and was very entertaining. No boring time there and I was there for 3 days. The Detroit Motor City Tattoo conventions ( I have been to many of them) were also very good with alot of different types of entertainment. Tattoo Conventions are like being in a whole different world altogether. You can go to : http://www.tattoofest.com/main.html and see some of the Tampa convention photos from last year....

I have been to a few, and, OK, one thing I like, is a lot of ladies wandering around showing off a lot
of
tattoos.....

A tatt convention could be interesting, but DAMN I bet it gets ripe in there fast ! Wanting to get a new piece for my back and that could be a great place to get some ideas, more so with some tattood, curvy, outgoing, energetic, sarcastic, witty chick(s) from NYC there. Central NJ here for about 4 years.
maybe see ya there !

Heh, Jfreak would LOVE the 'shirt' or 'sleeves' tats on someone but I bet she would LOVE the man or men with bald heads and their entire heads covered in tats
