Ok, why would they except a plea deal on this one....jeez I have never been able to have kids, would have given my left arm to have one. Then you have morons like this that can have them and they get away with doing something majorly messed up.....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr   All she got was probation!! You really have to wonder about the judges and that in this state!!

ORLANDO - A woman accused of putting her baby in an oven and turning it on has been sentenced to two years probation in a plea deal.
Sharlyn Singh also will have to complete a mandatory parenting class and undergo counseling.
The 29-year-old mother pleaded guilty to one count of child abuse, but her attorney said she denies placing her baby in an oven.
Morris Naraidoo—the baby’s uncle—told police in January that he was helping his brother move out of Singh’s Orlando apartment because the couple was breaking up. He said he heard the baby crying and found the child in the oven, which had been turned on.
Naraidoo said his brother and Singh got into an argument before she placed the baby in the oven.
The child was not injured.

Judges are going nuts here in Florida!!! A friend went to court today for a traffic violation and a man was there that had shot a neighbors barking dog ( shepherd) 2 times with a bow gun thru a pool cage, then went over and got the dog and put a chain around his neck and hooked it behind his car and drug it up and down the street for all to see. He got a fine and was set free! Lawyer got him off! Now tell me that isn't animal cruelty and the judge should have seen that immediately as there were also graphic pictures!!! I guess money talks...too bad for the helpless dog....

grrrrrrrr can't say what I am thinking about that one, blondi...would get me banned from here. Anything that has to do with kids or animals being hurt gets to me.
Gambler, I hope your wrong and mom doesn't get the baby back and do something worse to the baby

I once read an article about a Miami father who got tired of his son's barking dog, so he threw the dog out of the window to it's death (they lived on the fifth floor). He got five years for that. I think dragging an animal to death is even worse. The person who did that should've gotten at least five years in jail. Stories like this are just sad.
