Its time for Dads to get their salute for a job well done. There is a very special bond that children have with their Dads that simply cant be beat. My daughter has grown up without her Dad in her life so I have had to play both roles. I have incredible respect for all you Dads out there that have continued to play a active in loving role in their childs life after Divorce. Keep up the good work.

10. Well, how 'bout that?... I'm lost! Looks like we'll have to stop and ask for directions.

My dad and I have always had a very bumpy road, but no matter what he is still my dad. We may have had a lot of really bad times, but we did have our share of good times. I am sure I was one of the major causes for him losing his hair...lol
I was busting my dad's chops earlier today when he cut himself trimming the palm trees. He showed it to me, me being his daughter (no doubts about that) turned around and said, you'll live, trying to duck as I said it. It earned me a smack upside the head, granted he was laughing his butt off at the time. For as long as I can remember, if any of us got hurt, my fathers response to us was, "you'll live" Granted if we were majorly hurt, that wasn't said until later. Of course, I have my own special payback when I want to cause trouble. When I was 6, he bought me a new sled, I had no clue how to use it, but him and my uncle took me to Bunnyland Hill to ride it. He had promised my mom he wouldn't take me there and that we would go to my grandmothers and use the driveway. Well to make a long story short, I ended up with 5 stitches and the bone in my chin cracked. All I have to do to this day is bring that up or rub the scar in front of my mother and she starts on him about it, 40 years later! It is funny just watching him squirm...he still feels guilty about it.

#7 - when she was only 14 for the credit card part

#4 - 2 weeks ago
# 2 - still today, i will suport her tiil she wil get her PhD, she is now 21, and will start her master this august
yeah, i am a proud dad
even i give hell all that freedom, she has a good head on her shulder, she never missuse any of those

Ah to have the bank account to spoil my daughter like that would be nice. I am glad though that she has been working since she was sixteen and hopefully has learned some good work ethics while continuing her education.
There is a syndicated radio show called the LEX and TERRY show. Not my favorite radio shock jocks but will listen to them on my drive home from Universal Studios. Last night they announced the winners for The Send Father to the Hooker Contest. Wives had to submit an Essay why their Husbands should win a weekend at the Bunny Ranch in Nevada . Three men have won the prize.So, the guy with the deformity, the guy whose wife wrote the top 10 list and the guy whose wife ran him over with the car after an argument will all go to the Moonlight Bunny Ranch for a weekend of whatever kind of fun they can think up. Talk about the ultimate Fathers day gift.
Ladies could you send your husband and the father of your children to spend a weekend with a Hooker????
