Well Dove, you will enjoy this.

My sister and brother in law both work at Disney. Our current cell phone contract is up and we had decided to go with a different cell company. As it turns out, Disney now has their own cell phone service. The rates are about the same as other companies, same with the service area. Anything has to be better then t mobile! Seeing my family is a bunch of Disney fanatics we now have Disney phones. Sooooo tomorrow I get my new cell phone and number.

Disney Mobile

I have had nothing but problems with them for months. I don't always get calls, it will show missed call, but the phone never rang, text messages can take 2 or 3 days to be received. OH and my favorite thing, voicemails. A friend of mine in NJ called, left a voicemail....4 weeks ago, I got it yesterday!

Gee I hope it wasn't something important!

I have Sprint. Has been dropping a lot of calls lately. Also, I can be somewhere in town and it tells me that I am roaming and roaming charges apply...for a call to here in town....whats with that

Anyway....I LOVE Disney...Disney rules ...went to the Flower and Garden show...it was awesome. Planning on going for the wine festival and the Christmas festivals. I think I owe my soul to Disney.

It was kind of important, it would explain why they haven't called me back.

went to the Flower and Garden show

Normally my parents, sister and I go, this year due to my sister breaking her leg, only my parents and I went. The good thing was, I got to go to Animal Kingdom too

I hope you let them know that you only just got the message!

My eldest daughter is continually telling me she doesn't get my voicemail or text messages.....uhmmm...she seems to get everyone elses though....maybe because I am trying to get her to come see her 10 year-old daughter! She actually saw her for a couple of hours last weekend when I took my granddaughter to a birthday party she also went to. Before that it has been about a month since she saw or talked to her....how bad is that!....I get so upset with her, it's not fair on the child. Maybe when I get a moment, I will take this to a blog and vent my feelings.

Anyway, I want to go back to Animal Kingdom and the Magic Kingdom again. MGM is OK, I like some of the rides, especially the rockn' roller coaster with Aerosmith .

I leave for Chicago in one week to see my guy, the one I met on here.

Yeah, I have to admit T-Mobile sucks with the text messages. Once, when I was seeing someone, we had a spat and then we made up. (Those things happen when you're seeing someone.) Anyway, T-mobile decides to send me the stupid angry text message that she sent me, six days later, long after we made up and forgot about everything. I'm thinking... nice timing y'all.

Fortunately, I don't use the text message feature. I use my cell primarily for making out going calls and for voice mail (I call the voice mail number every day, instead of relying on the phone to tell me I have any). As far as call quality, signal reception, and record of not dropping calls, T-mobile is outstanding.

A lot of people I know use MetroPCS. For some reason can't seem to get any reception when they are in my house. They have to go outside to talk on their phones. Based on that (and the fact that they make you sign a 2-year contract), I would never use MetroPCS in a million years. They suck.

I have Sprint and I really haven't had any problems, except for the phone itself. I haven't had the service for a year, but I'm on my 5th phone. All they will give me is refurbished phones. The model I have has been taken out from their line of phones, but as long as they have the refurbished ones I will keep getting that one until I hit my year mark. Then I can get a different model for 75.00. The insurance on it doesn't help me get an different model either if I accidently threw it in the toilet. I would just have to pay 50.00 for, guess what another refurbished phone. A sales rep for Sprint gave me a tip on how I can kind of get out of my contract with them and not pay the fee for leaving early, if I want to get with another company. He said that he thinks Sprint sucks. That's bad when the rep tells you that. I don't have problems with the service at all. I get every thing right away. The only good thing about my phone is that it takes great pictures. LOL

My sister just got my nephew a phone from them. She lives in Deland. He said he didn't have any problems with the reception or that, but when he went further down south he couldn't use his phone because he didn't pay the 40.00 to use it outside of the calling area.

well I got my new phone, now I just have to transfer all my numbers to it. It is pretty cool. It is a camera phone and I could program it with peoples pictures next to their numbers...too cool. Yes, I know little things amuse me. Of course I had to have my favorite villain as my screen. So I have a picture of Maleficent on it. Now to figure out a good ring tone. The ones it comes with are lame...lol

So far the service seems pretty good. I get more of a signal with this phone then I did with my t-mobile one. At least it works in here by the computer and in my room. With my other one, I had to go outside most of the time to talk or I chanced losing the call.

Oh one other thing this phone has and the service is part of the plan is a GPS system. Needless to say, my sister and I are already telling my parents not to be nosy...with my dad being an ex cop, we are sure he will use the GPS to see where we are...lol
