98% of Chinese profiles are set up by paid interpreters (these are fake and very dishonest). The interpreters are paid by there client to find them a Western husband, most do not speak English even though it may say they do in there profile.
The interpreters read and answer the emails that are sent to the (fake profiles…) the client never even reads the emails that you send to her.
The interpreter will tell you everything you want to hear just to get you to obtain a Passport and Visa, fly to China to meet them… This will usually cost you about $2,000 to $3,000. this includes plain tickets that cost about $1,200.00 Depending on how long you’re off work and how long you stay in China.
The Chinese women have nothing invested in you coming to see them. They know that even when you find out they can’t speak English or that their picture was doctored to make them look prettier you may still marry them so that you don’t feel you will leave with “nothing”.
The Chinese women don’t care if you’re fat, bald or handicap and in a wheel chair… (No slam to those in a wheel chair but I had to make this important point) the main goal it to get a green card to live in the US… they know that they can always divorce you later.
These women call naive American men “Western tickets”.
Other women from other countries do the same thing but the biggest percentage comes from China.
They may even give you their client’s phone number so you can call them. But they can only say “I love you” or “I miss you” because this is what the translator told them to say whenever you call them.
Avoid the fake profiles that often will say in there email or profile that they are “traditional” or “honest” Traditional Chinese women do not pay an interpreter to find them a white western husband. Also the emails they send to you will ask in the first email to send them an email to an alternate email address.
Avoid the profiles with “glamour shot pictures”
Emails they send are most always a pre-written “form letter”.
These women are usually well educated, smart and very ambitious and want to get out of China and poverty as soon as possible.
These interpreters will never talk to you using an online web cam to view and talk for their potential Asian clients… 98 percent wont do it because you will find out the truth. They will make up an excuse that they don’t have a web cam… Even if you bought them one and sent it to them they would not use it. They would just have a free web cam.
Where a man in America may look for a potential good Chinese wife. 98% of these Chinese woman will only be looking to tell you what you want to hear to come to the US.
This information is not a slam to China women. Like I said about 2% are really looking for love… It is the 98% that you have to look out for… Just be careful and don’t waste money flying to China like I almost did a few months ago.

its best when talking to chinese ladies ask for cam thats proof thats her in her pic matches to cam. any way i got a chinese lady comming to see me from szchen china. and i didnt pay for any ticket her tourist visa is 10 yr plus double entry shes twin michelle yeoh. yeah please dont slam chinese women my best friend is married to 1 they have near perfect marriage. sure hopes my bing can be like his wife.

hey guys if u msg a chinese lady and u feel good about her. ask for her yahoo id thats how i did mine. dont think all chinese ladies are like that they are much better than russian thats for sure. and china aint a poor country. chinese ladies=gong zhus

I knew there was a catch (there's a catch to everything  ) - but, until now, I didn't know what their "agenda" was. Thanks Sonice for the heads up! 
I once e-mailed with a Chinese lady from a city in China, called Canton. It lasted about three weeks.
Her photos were likely glamour shots, but I can say that her e-mails to me were definitely not form letters, as I would ask questions and she would not only answer them, but respond to other things I said in my letters (She thought it was funny that I liked to explore malls). Her English was pretty good, though not entirely fluent. For all I know, the letters were probably written by a translator, but then again, they probably weren't. She claimed she hated Chinese men and wanted to marry an American one.  Like Sonice said, she probably wanted was a visa. 
S'okay though, I got in a good conversation with whoever it was on the other side, without getting taken in. And it was fun, too.

Guys:
There are scammers everywhere--so keep the wallet closed . If people want to meet you then let them get their passport, visa and airplane ticket and come visit you. Most will not for they are either being set up like a madam chicks. The madam takes the girls pictures, reads the mail and answers it. sometime the girl is involved and they charge you for interpreting the mail. Then there are a few that are real. they are visa/green card hunters .
I travel to China from time to time and let me tell you the average woman is POOR. they think that the usa is the Garden of Eden. Be careful with the culture.
But it happens everywhere--even here on Match doctor.
As one woman said ""and what do you bring to the dinner table"" Now this is a GOLD DIGGER.
yOU HAVE TO BE CAUTIOUS WITH ALL WOMEN. THERE IS A GAME TO BE PLAYED--THEY WILL

O.K.....if you hear from a woman like this...just answer back that you are really a nigerian male trying to find an american woman to take care of you and gain entrance to the USA permanently...
ya know...i wonder how that would work?...lol
and i don't mean to knock anyone from anywhere who is honestly what they portray...just we all know about and hear from the stereotypical males and females...

Watch out for those Philipino women too They are like piranhas waiting in the lurch. A male friend of mine was totally suckered in. He traveled to the Philipines married her, eventually she got her visa to come here. She played the game for a while( three months) being the dutiful wife and then one day she and her two daughters packed up and left and he came home to a empty house. She managed to stay in this country claiming she was abused and battered spouse.

soniceday why are you clipping someone else's warning? It's already been established the percentages are inflated.
Dovestreasure, you are correct, but there are fewer Philippine women here now. MD had many Philippine women online about 2 years ago and literally overnight, their profiles were being deleted. My guess is there were too many scammers in a single location. Blocking one ISP probably blocked an entire city.
Culturally, they are 'far more' aggressive than Chinese. Philippine people already speak English, have a full understanding of technology and American lifestyle. American movies and TV shows are available there. They get bootleg DVD's a week before the movies are in the theaters here. They already understand our system of weights and measures (feet, inches, pounds, ounces, gallons, miles per hour, temperature in Fahrenheit) More significant, they understand the American dollar.
I've chatted with many Philippine women (including many using webcams) who regularly hang out in Internet cafe's looking for American men.
