Ask them why they are fighting in Iraq when Iraq had nothing to do with 9-11 and when no one from Iraq was involved in 9-11 and why the spineless cowards are keeping silent that the ones who gave U.S. 9-11 came from SAUDI ARABIA? Ahhh..I just love it when someone posts the wrong information here! Last time I checked the terrorists were all trained in Iran and Iraq and the reason we are fighting in Iraq is because both Iraq and Iran are harboring, training and recruiting terrorists!
But since you seem to have a problem with Llwyers and you will need a LAWYER to go over the paperwork for your move to the Bahamas and your business associates to invest in the Bahamas I guess we wont be seeing you leave Florida for a long time

Actually I have know Rkingdoms some time online and I don't think he is a scammer but I would not give anyone my money unless I had seen the land, had a lawyer and was at the closing with my name on the paperwork. As for leaving Florida, I love it and I don't live there!
But I spend a lot of time there and I hear a lot of people are leaving and the prices of houses are dropping or just not selling! So all you happy Floridians just might not be so happy when your property tax go sky high which is part of the reason people are moving anyway or your house gets blown away and you have no insurance because it is to expensive to buy...
North Carolina seems to be the new relocation for many retired Florida people, low taxes, great houses for low cost and friendly Southern ladies, oh and mild weather in the coastal regions..

Speaking of storms none has hit Daytona Beach directly in over 20 years due to shelf that extends out into the sea just below the surface of the water. The strorms tend to hit Miami and South Florida and from Jacksonville on up especially the coast of North Carolina which, on average, gets more storms hits than any other region. Bahamas homes have been built out concrete blocks for many years now whereas many homes in Florida still wood frame but building codes take effect after stroms level older buidings and new ones must be constructed to code which isn't cheap!

I agree sugarpie. my sister is moving to the carolinas. it is amazing how the true florida accent has chaned in the past 30 years because of the northern influx (not that I'm complaining mind you) But you can expect the beautiful southern accent of the carolinas will eventually fade as well. everywher I go people ask me where I'm from; my response "why florida of course"

O.J. may move from Florida. Our FL legistators passed laws to protect the elderly of our State from mostly yankee scammers coming down here to try and even take their home so FL is only State in Union that no one can take your home for any reason except failure to pay mortage or property taxes and O.J. may face financial problems and be the one needing a lawyer? The law was passed to protect elderly people in FL from losing their homes but now it is being abused by the likes of O.J. who move here to get out of paying court ordered payments to people he was convicted of murdering before a civil court in CA.! Enough of Florida being used by corrected scum bags from other States to avoid payments to those they have scammed or killed. O.J. was able to kill two people and walk free because he had eight (8) million dollars to pay to lawyers in a corrupt, lawyer run judiciary! Will he be able to buy his way free this time and return as a Florida homeowner? For those who make threats on internet it is against the law and will be reported to U.S.

Yes, I agree but we who live in Florida should speak up about this abouse of people like O.J. moving here and buying a home here in Florida solely for the purpose that no one can take it from him because of court lien like they can in other States. This law was designed to protect the people of Florida not to encourage the likes of O.J. to move from CA. to FL for the purpose to defraud the Goldman family who have won a big lawsuit against him!

Here we go again with the O.J bashing and everybody jumping on the popular bandwagon to bash O.J.!
The law was passed to protect elderly people in FL from losing their homes but now it is being abused by the likes of O.J. ok, what about the rest of the "yankees"? like Trump and all the other rich people who retire here and live in big fancy condos and houses near the water front?
Keep your racist views to yourself and quit targeting one person in your rants. Because its too much fun to point out the mistakes you make in your rants. Also may I point out that the FL legistators had LAWYERS checking into those same laws you are complaining about and finding nothing illegal with them put them up for a vote.
ok, so according to Rkingdom, I guess we should close our borders to ALL the senior citizens that want to retire to FL and all the new business people and companies that have businesses here or want to start a new business here and transfer people here to work them and let only people who aren't "yankees" in the state? Guess we should kick out 98% of the people that live in FL then

For your information Trump doesn't live in Florida and is not retired here. He may have one of many houses he has here but my understanding it is for sale! Actually Trump is investing now in Mexico which is where new surveys show Americans move becausethe cost of living is much less than FL and the crime situation can't be any worse. I notice others here have comments O.J. moving to FL to avoid having his house taken and to pay court ordered payments but his justice is coming just as those who support illegal and unconstitutional foreign policies that end in defeat like Vietnam. For your information just today government of Iraq has ordered large security firm Blackwater out of Iraq and without this security firm protecting convoys the U.S. will have little choice but to send more troops. And hey, if people can't talk about a man who can kill two people here in the U.S. and get off because he had eight million to pay lawyers then what can we talk about? Maybe you think you have the right to dictate what people can write and say? Keep in mind here in FL there is also new law for protection of people of Florida and if home invaders or others come around people homes to try and dictate what they can write here in the "land of the free" then homeowners now have right to defend themselves and their property without fear of criminal prosecution. Good work done by our legislators just time to prevent people who didn't live here like O.J. from coming to cheat others out of money they are owed.
