Hey Florida people!
O.J. may move from Florida. Our FL legistators passed laws to protect the elderly of our State from mostly yankee scammers coming down here to try and even take their home so FL is only State in Union that no one can take your home for any reason except failure to pay mortage or property taxes and O.J. may face financial problems and be the one needing a lawyer?
Reply
This is not true Florida is one of 5 states in the country [Fuchia you are in good shape,Texas is another one] that offers 100 percent value Homestead protection. I really value living in a state with this protection, because it means as long as you have the state provided homestead protection on your house, your house will never be considered an asset to be taken through litigation. So for instance if you occurred large dept, lets say through hospital bills for instance, the creditors could never take your house or lean your house for payment.
Look at second largest city in Mexico where over 50,000 Americans live (mostly retired Navy people) because it is 72 degrees everyday of the year! To say people can't live elsewhere is to say this is not a free country!!!!
Reply I think you should read more discriminately about these places you think are some kind of utopia. I agree there are great places in the world, but Mexico city and the Bahamas? Much of Mexico's government and police are corrupt, there are countless accounts of the local police pulling over tourist in their cars and shaking them down for everything they own with threats of jail if they don’t cooperate. And in the Bahamas women have to look out, because many are kidnapped in to the sex trade from that region.

Hey, when y'all get done with your 3-some, can you take a moment and tell me if everything is OK with Dove?...
I have been doing fine...I have posted some blogs and reading them a lot. Also I am seeing a man from this site and talking a lot to him...
How is everything going with you Fuchia?...I think of you and hope you are doing alright.
Peace and Love Honeybear

Florida sucks, in my opinion, but that's' all it is-my opinion.
Regarding other utopias, there is no such thing. I have never had problems while traveling in Eastern Europe (Including Russia). The corruption, sex slave trade etc, affecting the average person in the community is like saying you can't ever go to Florida because the hurricanes will destroy you or never go to Oklahoma because of tornados.
A minute risk is a minute risk everywhere.
If one is white and wealthy and planning on residing in a beach resort area, anywhere, I'm sure the fences will be plenty high enough.
