Posts: 16 People like me would pay for 20 great recipes if they knew for sure they were truly great. Thinking of putting together a small recipe book, but; the above is what's holding me back, any advise? I know, get on the Martha Stewart show, I love her, but; she still hasn't shown how to make or given a recipe for no cracks Cheesecake. Also she cooks pancakes wrong. Would you like a recipe for no fat Cheese cake that doesn's crack & is better then most reg. Cheesecake recipes! Would you want a recipe for pancakes that when cooked right are like thick Crepes! With the right cooking method you can even make box mix pancakes taste much better. I know how things can work on dating sites, so; I want to say this is not a trick to meet ladies. I can use advise, you never know.

I for one, am asking..... why would I want pancakes like thick crepes?

And you are doing something wrong if your cheesecake cracks....

Posts: 11 No, I would not. I go online and do searches for recipes I want (even figure friendly ones). I've made cheese cakes from the recipes online and they turn out great. There are many sites with wonderful recipes and I save alot of money with that way
