Posts: 2 I will say that if your sincere in your search eventually you will find someone. Now the problem is what kind of someone. I recently ended a relationship after 4 months. I will say I didn't meet her on this site. Thats why Im back here.The one thing that really gets to me is all the %@#(@)! out there that abuse women over the years make it hard for a Normal? guy to find a girl who is not damaged beyond repair. I have had my experience with being used and abused and have no intent on ever putting anyone through that. The use was to the extent that I gave up on other peoples honesty for 3 years. This last one was so different and seemed to fit. I was not needy and neither was she. Then her and her boys came to stay a weekend and we had a cookout and it was one of the best weekends i can remember. I left for work that morning and they were to leave a few hours later. A few hours later i called her to see if they got home fine and the phone blows up. She is screaming that she got a packet in the mail from her ex ( who happens to own a background check company) and he had run a check on my ex girlfriend. She screamed at me that I was wrong about my dates and that I actually was off by a few weeks on when I last talked to her. This was 8 months ago and I was off by 2 weeks. ( by the way this ex took my money and married another man in secret in tn and was trying to keep it secret cause she was still getting spousal support....so does it sound like I would hold her close to my heart anymore?) Anyway after I got home from work I noticed my files were not in order and my laptop case was unzipped. I then knew why it had been so important to her to come spend time with me and then leave after I left. I do not appreciate having my papers gone through. Especially when I plan on trying to get some of my money back. This woman had one husband beat her and another cheat on her countless times. So I can say now that after this last year ... Work on making yourself happy cause there is an aweful lot of unhappy disgruntled, people out there. I still feel numb after this cause I thought she was so different.

Posts: 1 No No No baby, we are still out here. I know what you are saying though. It seems today alot of people have NO respect for themselves much less others. I'm old school , just can't understand these girls today most are with guys that don't have a car , the girl has to pay and the guy treats them like a slave. But I know they are still good girls out there just like guys. Because I'm a great one just ask my ex. She would LOVE to come home. Grass was greener here but I guess the sun got into her eyes.lol
