i am sorry . i maybe out of line here. but women want a good guy to be with right? then why do some of you seam to dump on us? you cry that guys are assholes and when there is a good one then you dump on him and then he wants to be a asshole. but i find it hard to be one. my personality says no i have to be kind and loving. can anyone tell me what is wrong with that pitcure?

i have met some nice guys and then they have turned, but then i have met some truly nice guys and i am thankful for that and the time that we got to know each other. i am still thinking there is at least one still left out there. i will agree that some women do this to men and i, being a woman am not really sure why  , but, just give it time, i know a bit of a cliche (sp). not all women dump on men, just like not all men dump on women.

I hear you..i know a lot of girls that dump on guys and treat them like crap....It makes it hard on the ones of us who actually want a good guy in their life for real. I want somoene that I can have some thing long term with and enjoy being with..i treat people the way they treat me...well actually i treat them better usually.

there are some people who are looking for a real relationship. but they think they have to have sex and if they don't they think that is is not meaningfull. but i feel that people should center on the knowing part then see where it leads.

see thats the problem most guys that i hear from all they want to talk about is sex and wanting to get me into bed. I am old fashion and i wont just hop into bed with anyone, I guess maybe that is why i am having such a hard time with finding someone because I wont hop into bed right away....am i so wrong to want to know a person first????

I can't seem to find anyone either. I hear once you quit looking that then they come. How the hell does anyone want to be alone? I know I can't stand it. I have guys that write me but they are all over 40 (no offence) but I'm 22 where are all the young sweethearts at? I guess with age comes the sweetness oh well. Someday

I would write to them if I found their profile interesting, but then also would ask if they had a pic. A lot of ppl don't post a pic publicly for their own reasons.

A lot of ppl don't post a pic publicly for their own reasons. I don't know what "ppl" means, but I am going to go out on a limb here and assume that by "ppl" you mean "people".
For their own reasons, huh? In my experience, these are the reasons that people don't post a picture:
1) So they can LIE about their looks on their profile, and nobody can call them on it.
2) They have an S.O., and don't want that S.O. to know that they are looking.
3) They want people to ASK them specifically for a picture, which is a self-serving act.
4) They feel their picture will turn people off, and they are depending on their personalities to get someone interested.
Either way, I don't buy into any of it. No picture, no TRUST. PERIOD.

well to each their own opinion... I realize that some don't post for the reasons you have stated micro..but have talked with a few who have had their pic copied and pasted and found them on different sites..happens all the time. I would just give someone the benefit of the doubt..that's jmo..besides I would take a good personality over good looks any day! and yes ppl means people.

some people dpnt have a way to get pics on here and then there are others that might not want their business people or people in thier town to know who they are that they are on a dating site. There are lots of reasons why ppl might not post a pic........i dont like to for the simple fact that I am shy and do not think that I take good pics....its just been lately....the 6 months that i would put a pic on here and it hasnt made a difference in how much or how little mail that i get....any way my point is that there are a lot of different reasons a person might not post a pic.....also i think that i might have found me the right man .....and we have already been friends for over a year...i hope everyone finds who and what they are looking for.....:)
