I am looking for a good man too - just don't think they are looking for me. When they see I am not exactly on the thin side, they move on to the next profile. I realize a BBW is not every man's cup of tea, but you would think with a website of this size, there would be a few in my area!
Oh well...guess it will happen when it happens if it happens.

Hey Cats!! Where are you located? I am in Lafayette.
I am glad you found your man - that is GREAT!!! But that is my point, most of the men who show interest are in another state and travelling isn't my thing. And let me ask you this - how do you get to really know someone who is in a different state?
Any advice you can give me would be very much appreciated!!!

Shoot, my problem is when I think I have found one he stops writing to me, calling or says he found someone else, I used to think it was me, then I thought to myself that some day soon I will find him, I am just not going to worry about being alone anymore, we will meet someday and be very Happy!!!!!
He is out there hiding somewhere but he will come out of hiding soon.......

I am on the West side, Rosie.
I wasn't even looking for a man. He just kinda dropped into my lap. I read one of his comments on someones blog one night. I didn't agree with what he said, so I emailed him and told him. He emailed me back explaining why he thought the way he did, and it just TOOK OFF!!! As it turns out, I was already planning on moving to FL when my son graduates this year. Low and behold, he lives less than an hour away from my daughter!
Pure Dumb Luck. 
We started out emailing through here. I am a gold member, so we started IMing here. Then we moved to Yahoo IMing, and camming. (had to see if he really was who he said he was) Then phone calls, for HOURS every night. Then he came up here for 5 days, and that just sealed it! I am going down there in 6 days, he is coming up here again in May for the MD camping trip, then I will move down there. Hope that helps.
Lucky, if we could get more of these guys here that say they are good guys to come on the camping trip, maybe you would meet him. I don't understand why they don't want to come. There sure will be plenty of women there, and no pressure on anyone. Everyone just having a good time.

Actually I have pretty much given up on looking for a guy. I just don't think he is out there. I have taken all of my ads off the net except for this one and not sure why I even have this one.
I guess I just have to go with the thought that if it is meant to happen, it will. Right?

Rosie, why don't you come on the camping trip with us. Maybe you will meet someone there. EVEN though, we can't seem to get these "good guys" to come. We may have one from somewhere else that catches your eye. LDR DO work yanno!

Now Luvvy, you know I wouldn't ignore you!!! I just wasn't on when you sent me the email, but we have talked and I am getting excited about this camping trip!! Maybe we could get some of these GOOD GUYS on here to come to it. Sounds like a load of fun!
Talked to my friend Teri and she is in! We are trying to get a couple more people to go. I will let you know when we have the cash for ya and we will hook up some evening. Ok???
