I just joined this site a couple of days ago. I work a full time day job and I am careful about people watching my internet usage. Anyway this guy emailed me, and his profile was a bit boring, so of course I did not rush to reply to him. He was very negative about the whole internet dating thing, and there was not much there to compel me to email him back. I did, however want to wait until my lunch break to email him and a couple others who were much more interesting, back. Before I could email him back, he sent me this nasty email (mind you he had only emailed me for the first time less than 24 hours beforehand) saying "you just confirmed for me that all Indiana women are stuck up." The funny thing is that I am new to Indiana, so I do not really consider myself an Indian woman, but, to stereotype an entire state of women, just because I did not email him back right away? The guy has serious issues and apparently he has had no luck on this site, but he posts his bad luck on his profile which is a major turn off. What a jerk! Does this sort of thing happen on here alot? I am new to this sort of thing.

Not all men are like that...some are just bitter people as well as women can be the same way...just move on from him and block him..he isnt worth the time or the effort... o and welcome to the site

Thanks for the welcome. The idiot cacelled his account right after he emailed me, so no need to block. I just hope he read my reply to him before he cancelled ;)

If it is the guy that I think it might be I did see his profile and he was pretty neg in the ad lol..so no need to worry bout that..there are nive guys out there...just weed thru the toads and trolls and you will be fine..and your welcome for the "welcome" lol...

Dont sweat that guy! There are a few of them you will come across, but dont let it ruin your thoughts on this site. I have been here for several months and have encountered a few rotten apples, but I have made some GREAT friends (iceagehottie being one of them).
I haven't had any luck on the dating side of things, but I have hope. That and I dont mind just making friends, cus there really are some great folks on this site!

welcome sarah, Its been my experience that people need to communicate better on here. When I first got on here I was talking to this girl and her emails were coming in every 10 or fifteen minutes, I didnt know if she was talking to me and five guys at the same time or what was her deal, then I found out she had dial-up cause she live way out in hickville, usa.  So maybe if you put in your profile that your emailing from work and can only send a few emails A day, guys will be more patient. Its only human nature for people too asume....Hi hottie love your new pic, You rock hottie

It happens. Not just here but everywhere on line. I've had lady friends on MySpace show me the kind of stuff they get through email. It's just like life except for some reason some people feel they are annonymous and can justify being a jerk online. What many of them fail to realize is that every comment they make can become hard copy evidence of their behavior. It catches up with them.
As for this guys blanket statement he made to you, it's no wonder that any woman would not want to talk to him- he was a jerk even before he showed his true colors.
