the best way, is to demand i bow down before you and kiss your feet!! weather thats is if they are in shoes or not. (you will need to wear shoes for a while as it will hurt your feet kicking with just bare feet) dont start beating me up right away, you should leave that out for about 4-5 minutes before you start. but as i am bowed down at your feet, kissing them, you should start out by being happy, then start to get angry about remembering how many times a man has upset you..and how you should get your own back...keep talking out loud about how you have been upset..and start getting angrier and angrier....then like i said, after about 5 minutes....start kicking the hell out of me!!..saying some thing like..."i guess your the unlucky guy who will have to pay the price for all the men who have pissed me off"............"you was unlucky to be down at my feet when i remembered how much i have been upset by men".......laugh and make fun of me being beat up by you..."oh...did that hurt???...laugh"...things like that.
and do this for about 20 minutes or so.please promise that you WILL NOT STOP!!!! even when i beg you too....please, thats the most important thing...trust me, you will get better rewards for it.
and kick even harder if i ask you to stop (continuing to kick that hard), saying stuff like you will decide when to stop...not me....and every time i ask you to stop...you will kick harder and you will beat me up for longer!!!!
