MAY 2010 MD'S ANNUAL GET TOGETHER!!

This place is awesome!! Located in the hills just outside of Nashville, Indiana
This is a guest Ranch where you will stay at the Buck Inn which is an 11 room type hotel set on the second story of a 32-stall horse barn...without the hay loft!
The inn is "classic rustic" throughout with common gathering areas that lend themselves to the old west parlors.
The rooms are beautiful with your own private bathrooms. The rooms vary with room for 2, 3 and 4 people in each room. There are refrigerators, microwaves, toaster ovens, and coffee makers in the inn.
We will be renting the The Ranch House as well which has full LARGE kithchen facilities, laundry room, wood burning fireplace, Large...did I say LARGE deck and a private firepit. This is in addition to another very large firepit by the Inn. We will use the Ranch House for eating, grilling and just general hanging out!
Other commodities:
Nightly campfires
horseshoes/cornhole
hiking
Lit Basketball half court
Two fishing ponds
Horseback Riding
3 miles from Ranch....shopping in Quaint Nashville (You have to experience this!!)
Some of the neatest lil shops and Restaurants!
There are many activities to choose from We haven't even listed as Lucky and I are planning which ones we will do as a surprise to you!!
Meals will be served 3x per day with snacks out at all times in the Ranch House.
This year we will serve TWO....yes TWO breakfasts.....an early breakfast, and one for the late sleepers....ahem......and we all know who sleeps late don't we??!!
Lucky and myself will serve Breakfast both Saturday and Sunday. You will never go hungry.....so for those Big Cowboy appetities.....lol
SMOKING....is only allowed outside and not inside the inn or Ranchhouse....and they said DRINKING is expected! 
Upon arriving at the expected check in time (You don't want to miss anything!!) we will find our rooms (first come first serve) and you will find schedules for the weekend so that you won't miss anything.
Now....the cost for Fri through Sun will be.........ta dahhhhh...Are you ready for this???
$100.00!!!! Yes...let me repeat myself $100.00!!!
Now of course this is pending....how many guests come of course....but from looking at past attendance....we can do this!! With the right amount of people this will include......OH YES...INCLUDE your food! You won't have to bring a thing but your cute lil self!!! Oh and please bring CLOTHES.....they are not optional!! lol
NOW....in order to secure and lock in a date we need down payments.....within the next 3 to 4 weeks as this place fills up quickly.
Everyone has exceptions, but with such a big project we simply need those who can come and want to come to commit and that committment comes by sending your deposit of half down............$50.00.....that is it.....
There is also a limited amount of guests for this get together....so it will be a first come first serve.
We want all of our old friends to come and new faces as well....which is already in the workings.
Please email Luckygem or myself to get further instruction on where to mail deposits. If we have enough people.....we can secure that date in May.

Luckygem and myself want this to be the best vacation weekend you could have with a camping like atmosphere....This is your time to relax and just have some good old fashioned fun and meet some new people!
IT is so going to be FUN!! FUN!! FUN!!!

Sounds good to me! I may have to wait a month to send my down payment though. My electric bill this month was through the roof! 
Edited to add: A retired teacher friend of mine said she would go along as far as Illinois and share expenses with me. Sounds like a plan, huh?

Well now the horseback riding is separate....and I can't say what else cuz we are planning still and probably won't ask for any more money if we can possible help it...we are hosting......and hope to show everyone a great time....

Thank you Katt...yes it is. The inside decor is very nice. Lucky and I just wanted to have a function where we could relax and have fun....even if it meant her and I paid extra for some other things ourselves.
and what other place would let you bring your own horses??

I absolutely LOVED this place and it has something for everyone........I have already gotten 5 men to say YES from another singles site since we just cant seem to get very many from here.............and YES they are around our ages.......... Yes lisa that is right 5 single HUNKY MEN and one of them is a COWBOY............lol
I hope everyone comes, it will be very cozy and relaxing............lol....and FULL of surprises

Well we have had a few people wanting to come from here, I know its early but if can book it early enough it will be better...........$50.00 dollars is all that is needed from each person right now......myself and spring is collecting the money, I am going ot call them Monday and see exactly how much is need to reserve the whole place for the weekend.......I looked at the calender and I think we can have it the 3rd weekend in May 2010. I hope that our friends form the last 2 camping trips will come it is an hour from Indianapolis, Indiana and the drive there is beautiful.......I would love to hear some maybe's, possibilies, Yesses and even some I am not sure.........I know I have had better luck with the geting my friends from another site to say YES and they are all MEN!!!!!!

I have had 3 men from another site inquire as well....one is sorta confirmed.....not sure yet.
also one man from here....Augustina ....a heart surgeon from Argentina...he really wants to come! He seems very nice...  say hello to him!!
So ladies....you better be ready for the time of your life this next May....
Also a couple young ladies from my job..in their 20's....
