Hi, hoosiers!
Wow, that felt like a corny kids-show greeting. Ugh. Okay, on to the question. Where do you go when you're hoping to meet someone? I'm thinking about joining some interest-based groups, but frankly I don't know where to start looking! Any suggestions? (Besides church, please. I couldn't bear it.)

Joining groups that share the same common interest is a good start. I've met women in bars, off the internet, club meetings, social gatherings, the mall, and of all places Wal-mart. But I think the best one of all is being at the right place at the right time.

When you are not looking---that's when you will meet him. Never has failed me yet. Don't get too set on what he should look like. The right one will most likely be a surprise. There is someone for everyone out there and it will happen.

hmm... I would go about life enjoying what you love. If you meet someone in you daily life that likes being around you, or wants to know more, take him\her on the offer. Its the times when you least expect it that makes the rewards all the sweeter. A wise man once said, "Patiance is a virtue".  Stay confident and you will find the right person. Just dont go out of your way to impress someone.. be real... Karma has a way of working out. Good luck, and hope all this blubbering makes any sense.
