A friend and I have talked about trying to get a group of people together to do things with this summer....trip to Kings Island, canoeing, concerts...that sort of thing. This wouldn't be a one-time thing but a group of friends to do things with from time to time. Anyone interested?

I'm not a Hoosier.....but have expressed interest to Annie in a get together in Indiana since I'm only 4 hrs from Indy and can't seem to get any interest of one in Ohio. Mind if I join in? Kings Island would be fun as long as someone will ride all the coasters with me!!!!

I'm not in Indiana or Ohio...I'm way over here in KY. But Annie emailed and told me about this and invited me to come. Wow...this is exciting...I love amusement parks...and...I would have someone to ride with. Yippeeeeeee!!!!
Just don't let me on anything that goes around and around. I might not do too well...LOL...

I am SO ready to go out and have some fun! Just don't know how I will do on the coasters anymore, last time I got a little queasy.  Maybe I can be the one that doesn't go and holds everybodys stuff! 
Can we track scobby down and you take my picture with him? I have one from when I was a freshman in high school, wouldn't that be a hoot?  Maybe kinda scarey too! Lots of things have fallen and can't get up! Still it sounds like fun. I am working on my friend, and will start on some others. Looks like it just might be a great "Girls" day.  Had a girls night last night. Did all the girly things, talked about guys, painted each others nails, I showed her my new clothes. She was here till after 2:00 in the morning! So much fun spending time with friends.

I would love to do a Kings Island outing. What a blast that would be. I am a coaster nut, so if there are any other coaster addicts...I'm your girl!!! I'm going to post in the Ohio forum and see if there is any interest there....even if it's decided to have something other than a KI trip. Makes no difference to me where or what....I just want to meet some of my MD friends and have some fun.

If y'all are coaster nuts you could always go to cedar point also they have probably the best coasters with in a reasonable driving distance.

my brother, his wife, some friends from work, and myself r going to cedar point on the 10th and 11th of july. we went about a month ago and had such a good time that we have to go back.

Cedar Point has some great coasters. Love the Millenium. But I have to say...I prefer Kings Island over Cedar Point. I like the layout of Kings Island better than Cedar Point. I would love a get together at either one. I'm not particular, so whatever is decided is cool with me.
