Preface: This thread is intended to be light hearted humor and without malice.
Have you women ever wondered what makes us (men) perform kind gestures seamingly for no reason? This thread should give you a better understanding on how we think. Our primary thought process is really quite simple...the task must justify the reward.
We hold a door open for you, our reward, we get to check out your ass.
Ladies before gentlemen, our reward, we get to check out your ass.
When on a dinner date, we pull the chair out for you, our reward, we get a real nice shot of you bending over...and we check out you ass.
These are but a few, I'll have some others later, but wanted to get the thread started...anyone care to contribute?

Eggzackly......or as Heaven would say Ed Zachary.....Katt.....we aren't stoopid . Think about those male cheerleaders........oops another thread.
Always Always open the door for your date when she is wearing a short skirt......the view is outstanding ......and if she is into to it too and knows what you are doing .....well she will have you running into the rear bumper muttering to yourself all the way around the car.
There is a reason for walking around the car after admiring the vew.........breathe deeply settle down.......whew.....ok now settle down.......

Offering an arm; This one takes a little cooperation from our date. When escorting a lady to dinner, movie etc., we offer an arm. This is a little more intimate, but serves well when walking on uneven ground -- especially if you're wearing high heels. If you hold our arm with your hand...you're not cooperating, but if you link arms...our reward... the breast is now next to our arm. While nothing can compare to a breast cupped firmly in hand, we can still feel it with our arm.

Zippping a dress in the back for her ......provides a service for a hard to reach place and ample opportunity to breathe lightly or give a slight kiss to the nape of the neck.

Helping with your wrap; This one's easy...we stand behind you when helping you with your coat. The reward...you can't help but to partially extend one arm while lifting up and slightly backward offering an unobstructed view of at least one of your beautiful breasts. Granted, an eye level frontal view would be better, we haven't figured out how to accomplish that one...yet...maybe we should design women's coats that button on the back???

I think opening doors is one of my favorites because it's perfectly acceptable behavior to do it for a total stranger, but with the same reward
Some of you may have recognized this thread as an attempted (although feeble) way to remind some guys of the art of chivalry reintroduced in a sightly humorous but motivating way. Probably the most common comment made to me (on singles sites) over the years has been in regard to chivalry being dead. For the Grande Finale Here are a few others point worthy of mention.
Giving up your seat for a woman. Standing when a woman enters the room. Tipping your hat and acknowledging her when a woman passes by. Removing your hat when speaking to a woman. Kissing a woman's hand. Picking up the tab. Not smoking unless you ask. Carrying her packages Picking up something if she drops it.

and we ladies will keep going on pretending we haven't a clue what you're doin' Quoted from a song by Our Lady Peace; "we are, we are all innocent."
Ironic it was sang by a man.
