Ok, while I have posted once on here jsut to see how it would work, now I know. So, here's a question for you then.
Why is it that if you post a picture, in the least seductive of a nature, u get a tremendous amount of responses not wanted. Yet if you post a picture of your smile, the amount is less yet the same kind of unwanted. What is it one is supposed to do to get someone to read more into them? How can one post a profile and blog with (grammar and puncuation excused at this point pls...lol) intellect yet not be able to have anyone look at the blogs and view them as such?
The ones that helped me in this new start on here, God I thank you, and now i wait for your intellect.

Because this isn't adult md, and this type of thread have been done-talking about bare chests, boob shots, etc.
What is it one is supposed to do to get someone to read more into them?
Why anyone would want someone to "read more into" them, I don't know....

Some people look at only a photo and then email or wink. They never bother taking the time to read a profile. This is typical of horny boys on dating sites and what is probably the cause of your problem.
Some cures: post a photo of you with some friends, a photo with a male family member, or don't post a photo but in your profile plainly post that you are willing to provide one if asked.

As I mentioned before, you're FEMALE. 
You're also 29 and blonde and pretty and 'well proportioned'...and single. 
You're going to get all sorts of mail since your "attributes" are probably within the range of half the fellas online...they put that in their "search" criteria (I don't think the filters allow for "brains") 
You CAN sign in "invisible", which will cut down on the random, senseless winks and such, but each time you post a blog, your profile rises to the top on the front page...
You COULD always PhotoShop a big hairy wart on your nose...but that's still no guarantee you won't get hit on ~grin~
Just accept (or ignore) the shallow ones...the REAL ones will look for the person within.

Great, I can't wait to get comments on my current photo.
I don't look quite the same as I did at that time, but still similar enough.
Actually, I'm considering it a bit of an experiment to see what kind of comments I'll receive. I'll eventually put another up for a primary.

I rarely visit this forum now because of my responsibilities at other sites (i'm a webmaster and member of a development team) but tremendous pm notifications had me coming here to read them....and those were comments about my pic....and no...not the other pics in my profile but the primary one. A lot of men here seems to worship my sword!

Well I'm new to this site, but not the internet and this is my 2nd post on these forums. But I don't think any of my pictures are seductive in any way, and I still get those types of emails. Sometimes you just can't avoid that. But I agree, that if you do post a seductive or sexy picture that you are leaving an open invitation for the wack jobs. They search profiles looking just for that kind of pictures and when they find yours they will definitely let you know how pleasurable they find them.

well, actually, even without pics, you'd still get those unsolicited pms...as long as you have a profile. i think some members seemed to think that those without pics are shy so they go for it...taking chances. it is a challenge for them to unmasked that someone.... if they can.

Because people are desperate and not particularly concerned about the way you look? Okay, some people are, but I have noticed that a lot of men on this site will continuously sending you winks without actually contacting you in any way, shape, or form, other than those annoying winks.

Use the forums as often as you can. You meet people here. Intelligent, thoughtful people. Don't expect too many of those "winkers" to actually have a decent conversation with you, or read up on you. It's just wink and go, wink and go.

( least to my way of thinking ) maybe I am kinda conservative but perhaps thats why you got in your words hundreds of emails.. and as someone else said this is NOT adult matchdoctor site..but im not going to change now and show Boob shots or half nekkid * (yes i meant to spell it that way,, ) shots.. just to get some lewd crude and rude emails..
