Me, "The Inferno" by Dante....umm, well not that extreme...lol. I'd say Shakespeare in general, starts happy, but most of the time ends sad...lol. Not as in tragicly, but parting ways (breaking-up).

hmmmm feeling like "robinson crusoe" here, stranded on an island with his friend wally. now watching the modern dangers pass by, internet savages, warring threads of inane discussions, foreign threats from far off "women." you know sort of like most of us that live away from humanity and civilization.

OH!!!! I know Roy Doty! He was kind of a neighbor in Connecticut (I did a couple of original "cartoon" cakes for him and his family, in his style... I did his daughters wedding cake, too) What a character he was (is?) Perfect book for you, Tink!
