this is a spin-off from TooTall's rental thread-i am only for sale  rental property tends to get run down, abused, and changes occupants every 6 months to a year  ( no offense, TooTall  ) i would say i am a nice one story- i can cook pretty darn good  - especially country cookin'- i am an excellent housekeeper - my friends say if you want to find dust in my home , you will have to bring it with you  -i am excellent with all animals- dogs, cats  snakes??? thats another question! - not too good at gardening- dont have a green thumb( pretend this thumb is green)  - my car is immaculate- her name is Jezebel- red Pontiac- she is an Aries, like me  -i can dress up or down, depending on the occasion- i prefer to dress casual- - i am in excellent health- blood pressure- 100/60- heart rate- 72- blood oxygen level - 95- i present an acceptable appearance- neat- clean - bathe daily- - have many friends - no enemies(that I know of )- 2 children- grown and on their own  -as far as how much "usage" this unit has had, that will be discussed at the bargaining table -bidding to start at 12:01 EST- any remarks will be put in escrow until this unit is sold  selling price---- a lifetime of love, devotion and companionship with one last owner( i use that term owner loosely - any bidders????????????
