I would choose beautiful.....inner beauty though, as true beauty lasts forever.
Although, to have people passing out at my feet has it's merits....and I already often bewilder folks.

I would choose stunning. I have known people like that who not only have the looks but the good heart and the personality. You don't have to be gorgeous to be stunning.  There's always something about that person that draws others to them. I always wanted to be like that.

Back on topic -
I'd take beautiful. It implies being beautiful on the inside too, and also implies that it's something that will survive youth.
Sexy carries too many not so fun problems with it, at least I think of stalkers; and stunning implies intimidating, which also can end up intimidating away someone you'd really like to attract.
