Almost all guys will say they like it when a woman makes the first move, but women usually say that when they make the first move it scares guys off. What do you think?

There is a difference DoMe....
For the girl to make the first move, all she has to do is be in his face, upclose and personal. The usual breathless "Hi" works very well in this case causing the male light bulb to finally get the HUGE hint. We are kinda slow sometimes....

That's a good point Sadian. I have seen women give guys many hints that they are interested that the woman thinks are obvious, but the guy just doesn't get it. A lot of times, you can't be subtle with men if you are trying to let them know you like them.

sometimes you gotta do this  to them to get your HINTS across .. sheesh ... cant count how many times I have out n out embarassed myself TRYING to let someone know I like them and they are oblivious until i fergot about them

Other than that you will be SOL cause I wouldn't know what the hell you were trying to do....

As a woman I have made the first move, like asking a guy to slow dance or fast dance.. also when IM and we seem to commom interests I'll ask if they like to talk over the phone. I give my number or I call their number.

I prefer to know that the woman wants me to make the move if that makes any sense. I hate putting myself out there only to be shot down in flames. And Sadian is right, most of us guys are oblivious to subtle hints such as a coy smile or just making conversation. Guys are more straightforward than that.

I't flattering when a woman takes the initiative instead of relying on the man too....Confidance is a turn on....It all depends on the woman who makes the move....the move itself and the execution of the move

You never know, unless you take that chance.
Rejection can be very tough especially when it's faced at a constant basis...
the rejection rate face by men is extremely high on this site.. Or maybe its just me.. I may be that horrendous
I don't think women really know how tough it can be..
I never want women to have to face with the reject I have endured.. BUT I think a little rejection wouldn't hurt either..
Not that I would expect more acceptance by women but I think women would be a little more understanding.
SO YES a woman making the first move would be great

Ladies don't realize that _decent_ guys take a turn-down to dance a LOT differently  than the Macho-Slobs do...... 
No Wonder that there's so few of us left . . . !!!

I tuely, think that men should make the first move and I don't think it the woman job to make the first move on men
or if the women really that interested in the man that she really want to get involve with and I always thought that the men always made the first move
