I'm 53 but I still feel young. I don't seen anything wrong with writing to an 18-year-old and trying to hook up. I explain that we've got a lot in common, actually, since I have kids that age and know a lot about the things 18 year olds are into. But so few 18 year old girls write back. What's wrong with them?

i dont know where to start...
im 26 and would date an 18yo but i would tend to stay above the drinking age. damn dude the havent even lived yet. sure you may get some that wasnt to get with ya. but you said it your self: "i have kids that age". yeah...
i hope your kids dont read this, they might stop bringing their friends around... i would! i dont see that much wrong with it but damn it man. you would have been 35 when they were born!
some chicks dont have a "daddy" fetish. some do but there are few.
they dont answer you because they see a "dirty old man".
just a thought...
i would say stick to 25 and up. you will have better chances. and they have lived a little bit... even better 1/2 you age would be a better... but 18, your nearly 3 times her age...

I don't know but I can't see myself with an 18 year old. Once Ive reached more than twice their age I pretty much write them off for safety reasons.
Anyone under 30 years old has to show me some serious maturity before I'll even consider her.

hmmmmmmmm and the woman my age wonder what's wrong with us that men your age have to look to 18 year olds when we have just as much youth and energy as you proclaim to have...if not more!!!!!!

You are all being FAR too nice here! What's wrong with THEM?? What's wrong with YOU?? Where do you draw the line at how "low you will go"?? You are talking about kids that may not be out of HIGH SCHOOl 35 years younger than you! DAMM buddy. Are you registered yet??

Hey Pete, if I drink lots I can revert back to about 18, and if you have enough with me, I may even look the part!
When we sober up we can sit around like the two old folks we really are and talk about the nasty behaivour of the young'uns today...

Pete, possibly they don't want to disillusion you about thinking you actually understand 18 year old girls? Of course, I'd think they should really be a bit mroe mature than that, and just break it to you gently, rather than just ignoring or rejecting you. Of course, they may just be intimidated by your charm and sophistication - have you considered that possibility?
(Where's the tongue planted firmly in cheek emoticon when you need it??)

I'll repeat myself...Want someone younger..???? Look to Filipina Women...They perfer older men because of maturity..and stable, which means alot to them because they come from a very unstable place income wise..
There are some scammers but most are honest.. check it out..Nothing more beautiful then a 25year old 5 ft 105lbs Asian with long dark hair :) ...

OK, yes, I was joking. I'll tell you why... 2 reasons... 1) I'm getting tired of the "What's wrong with these people who aren't attracted to me" threads, and 2) I got an email (supposedly) from an 18 year old girl who was using Daddy's account. When I looked at Daddy's profile, he was like 46 and his match age range was something like 20 to 35. I guess going all the way down to 18 would have been too much like dating his daughter. Apologies to everyone who got riled up... Please don't call the cops. I think my profile says I'm looking for age 35-50 or something like that and 35 year olds seem plenty young to me.

What 18 year old girl would have even CLOSE to the amount of life experience you've had? What would you have in common besides the fact that your kids are her age and her parents are your age? What could you talk about? What would the relationship be...
Yeah.. it'd be sex and you'd have arm candy. That's all.
Please don't force me to tell you what I really think of this post, I might not be very nice at all. I work with younger girls who get pregnant, mostly by older men.. I'm not too nice when it comes to men chasing girls that are too young for them.
That's all, I'll be nice.

Uh oh, I feel the wrath of women coming on now.
It's actually kind of funny, but I've taken some classes at a local college and am amazed at how some of the twenty year olds will flirt with me. Haven't noticed this online, but in person...
