Winks are a great way to express some interest in a person without wasting the time of typing a message that someone will not respond too...but if you send a wink and then I respond to you, why do over 80% of you guys not respond back... I can't figure it out....
I think they're a waste of time. I get winks all the time and when you respond or email back, 9 times out of 10, that's the end of it.
Or, you will get someone that winks and then emails you and tells you they wish you weren't so far away. Then you read their profile and it indicates they are looking for someone from anywhere and they are willing to relocate.
Arrgghhhh!!!!
I've just about given up on this site and all the rest of them. It is just too wonky and drives me banana boat.

I have an idea. How about an organization for donating winks to guys who don't get any? Like adopt a winker kinda thing.
You guys sign up here and we're all gonna wink at you? How's that? It's Christmas people! We need to make 'em happy!

Well, I open up my Winks and lookie there, I gotta a Big ol’ Wink from none other than Mary Sunshine (right after a sweet little user named viarola -- 38 female from the Ukraine; actually, looks pretty hot -- sorry, ahem, I digress). Well, surprise-surprise, you coulda knocked me over with a cyber feather?
Then, I see your earlier post and realize it wasn’t a real, hearfelt, sincere, loving wink, but something you did out of a false sense of duty and pride. Oh, the Pain.
Ok, dear friends, am I THAT pathetic that I’m reduced to Mercy Winks???? Now I must drown my sorrow in some cheap liquor (sniffles).
No, don't try to apologize. It's over. It's really over. I must go now. Skinny, I bequeath all my favorite Ethel Merman records (The Early Years) and my Three Stooges Marathon DVDs, enjoy. Summer, I transfer to you all my 18 year old Winkers, have fun and use them wisely (or at least be fast and dodge their father's shotgun aim). It's no use. Thank you dear friends for trying to minimize the heinous crime of the Fake Wink, but it is to no avail.
I must face the Truth with magnanimity, fortitude, and strength; that I’m obviously not worthy enough of a True, Legitimate Wink. How torturous is this life with the realization I can’t even generate a good winky.
