I goter ask one more stoooopid question (OK, not as stoopid as soma the stuff the other fellas on here say)
Why is it.
A married feller who goes out an bust his tail makin a livin, is good to the kids, provides a good standard a livin, don't chase round, and does everything pretty square, always seems to get the short enda the sitck and gets shiet all over.
Meantime, you take some no-job drunken bass turd, that blacks up his wife's face reglar, and chases round with other women, out late ever night, nast and disrespectful. Some gal'll hang on to that no-count varmit like grim death. You ladies know what I'm talkin bout, I know cause I hear women complainin bout the same when it happens with their sisters and friends.
A decent man, there bury thet poor rascal, but some cuss of a varmit that is a waste of good air gets doeted on hand an foot like he was kinda royalty.
Seems like it happens iver an over. Every dang one a us knows a story like that. Why is it?

Easy...cuz we decent folk are hell bent on tryin' to make it work in spite of the no count varmints we wuz married to...men and wimminz both.
Sooner or later though, what goes around comes around and the varmints end up with each other and the decent folk end up with each other and some live happy ever after and the rest can just drive each other nuts.

I do know that THIS female will take the first guy anytime!! Anyone who takes someone that treats them like crap doesn't have their heads on straight!
As I've said over and over...the bad boy just doesn't appeal to me! I don't need a challenge. I don't need to try to change someone. I just need a good guy in my life!

I do know that THIS female will take the first guy anytime!! Anyone who takes someone that treats them like crap doesn't have their heads on straight!
As I've said over and over...the bad boy just doesn't appeal to me! I don't need a challenge. I don't need to try to change someone. I just need a good guy in my life! Bandmommer, you got yer head on straight, and actually most gals do, but you know the type situations Im talkin bout.
So what yer sayin is that yer one of them thar nice guys? Ohhh, I don't no if I can make claim to that, but I will say this. When I become some beast that makes a habit of gettin drunk an beaten up on a female, I need a bullet in the head. Come ta think of it, that ain't a bad perscription fer alla them types.

there is a pattern to the behavior Jay brings up, it seems the "decent" folks hook up with the "users, and abusers".... and yet the "bad" folks know how to avoid each other... and the "decent" folks never notice each other....

Often it is a matter of a man thinking that this is all that is needed to have a lasting relationship. It isn't.

It is odd that! I can understand why one would be attracted to the bad girl, they are fun/crazy but I also know that damage is not far off.
To me it is finding someone that can let go, be crazy but do no harm , that is a hard find….well maybe not hard if I would look.

Women aren't attracted to guys who complain that women only like "aholes".  In the beginning Jerks are normally more outwardly confident then whiners.We women LOVE confidence and CHALLENGE!!! Not abusive "aholes"!!!

Actually, for some of us it is! Life is not all work, but faithfulness is pretty much #1 with me. And I would think "does everything square" pretty much covers the rest.

whiners aren't attractive... its not just women, Men also enjoy a challenge and confidence...
the problem comes in when we equate relationships, with life goals...
Hard work and focusing on a task is great in life, but if its the pursuit of a relationship, that is stalking....
In most of our life we work hard towards goals... Love doesn't work that way...
I've walked away from wonderful women who loved me, treated me well, because I was bored... I wanted a challenge... because things were too easy, too good...
I don't blame anyone for coming into my life and messing it up... I blame myself for allowing them that power... I take responsibility for my decisions, and my actions...
but I've never understood why I take on these people who are a "challenge"... What twisted dark place in my mind finds these people.....
