Some people don't dance at all, Nat. That shouldn't be a factor in a relationship unless you're a dance fanatic. If you ARE in a relationship with someone who loves to dance and you don't (or visa versa), it's only fair that the partner be able to dance with others just for the fun of it if going out for the night.
But be forwarned...learn how to dance all you non-dancing people! I fell in love with my guy the very first time we danced over 3 years ago. ~sigh~ There's nothing like a slow dance for romance.

There is nothing better than having my mans arms around me, him singing in my ear as we sway to the music.

To Loreli: Hi sad face because romantic dance is usually a female dream and.....I'm not a very romantic woman.....
To NatGoat: I'm a true Italian woman who loves dancing !!!! I like disco, heavy metal, american-latin music, not valse or Italian love songs.....too sloppy

eek yes I square dance Gray its a friggin blast !!altho I haven't been since late June been busy over the summer.... going this weekend I think IF I can find a sitter
and I have been lucky enough to find a wonderful slow dancer ...one whose dancing is sooo attuned to mine its like we are one being when we dance.. no stiffness no missteps just wonderful!! I was actually floored at our first dance together.. and of course it was to George Straits , The Chair sung by Brian Lynne Jones
Yes dancing can be UBER romantic ..

I can't stand dancing. The only time I do it is when my friends talk me into it...which means we're acting stupid. But my boyfriend doesn't like dancing, either, so it's alright.
As you all know, I have what seems to be a "unique" view of romance. Dancing, flowers, chocolate, stuffed animals, and "candlelit dinners" turn me off.
