how about someone who drives around town looking for where there guy is or gal is, etc..how about someone who gets their friends involved and says, if ____ is out tonight, let me know, or have him call me..hello, I'm not your answering service, I don't wanna be and learn to manage your life before you attempt to get a guy/gal involved in your life..imo

"needy and clingy" is usually someone who's high maintenance emotionally (and sometimes physically). They rely on the other person for attention, decisions, and constant support -- just about everything in their day-to-day life that they SHOULD be able to deal with IF they would make the effort to stand on their own. But they don't -- they attach themselves to others like a parasite instead of living life side-by-side.
They're usually insecure people and difficult to be around except to those who thrive on the "rescuer" role.
