A man who accepts you for who you are, is honest with his feelings, no game playing,
A man who you can rely on in a crisis, who will stay calm and supportive.
Who respects your feelings as well as having his own respected in return.
A man who you can confide in and trust.
and last but certainly not least, a man who genuinely cares when he says he does and shows it.

For one thing, a good man is not someone who has had a personal ad looking for the perfect woman for a decade. There are many other things but that is a good start

 well,,, I have always heard that,,, if a feller knows to put the seat back down, and replace the empty roll,, he already ranks pretty high on the "good man" scale
