Ever notice that medium always gets the shaft? Medium is the redheaded stepchild of the size family. The blacksheep. The outcast of anticipated silence. McDonalds pushes medium because we have been trained to not want it.
Think about it!
Small and Large get laughs, praises, or fear depending on what is small or large, but medium?
When it comes to dating and sex, medium really gets the shaft.
Have you ever said you wanted a medium sized man? ...a medium sized woman?
What does the impact of medium have on your dating choices?

ok ladies....
you have in front of you 3 guys, triplets, with the same exact build except one is small, the other medium, the last large. One weighs 140, the other 190, the last 240. Who do you take?

I'd take whoever was wearing the clothes that I liked the most, in that situation. I wouldn't take the small guy, as he weighs 11 lbs less than me, though, and that's wrong.

I'd take whoever was wearing the clothes that I liked the most, in that situation. I wouldn't take the small guy, as he weighs 11 lbs less than me, though, and that's wrong.

The girl on the left is 7ft 4, 320lbs the one on the right is 5ft 8 135lbs.

Well, the one on the left doesn't look 320 to me, (not doubting you), but she certainly couldn't be described as small or medium!
As far as your question...I just always have liked taller, broader men. But nothing is absolute-the rest has to be factored in also-personality, humor, cleanliness, etc.

sorry, wrong stats on this girl. She is actually 6ft6 barefoot, 7ft 2 in those size 16 heels of hers. see, i can be wrong  .

Before everyone got totally confused here, let's clarify what you mean by "size" , ok?
Is it about dimentions/proportions ( like height , length, circumvence, etc) or is it about weight? Because being overweight carries negative stigma in Western culture , so there's no point in asking if someone is deliberately looking for overweight sex partner.
( It doesn't mean that overweight person is doomed to celibacy , but he/she will have to compensate for this shortcoming in some other way )
As for gender related dimentions - there's natural preference for bigger penises and breasts , so , again, there's no point in fishing for incincere consolating responses from some desperate females .
Again - it doesn't mean genitally challenged guys end up alone , but they do have to master their bedside skills to the extent of handstands in order to be considered for a position of sex partner.
As for overall body height - tall men get the widest choice , it's, again, cutural preference in the Western civilization. Women , on the other hand , are lucky - they can be either tall or petite ,there's no societal preference . So , insecure males in search of "Momma" can chase after big females while protective type guys can indulge themselves in the company of petite women and neither type would feel like he's going against social standards ( in the other words - not "settling" )
