What is the most ridiculous reason you were ever dumped?
One guy dumped me cos I made fun of Ronald Reagan.
He didn't like The Beatles, anyway.

Mine was because she worked with, one of my exes sister..that ended with us both in argreement we were not right for each other
She still dated me 5 months..haha Then she wanted me 3 years later..Im like what? I was over her by then..

OK, this sounds really strange I know, but have never been dumped in any relationship until a few months ago. It's the first time it ever happened to me.
I think the reason she gave was that she was not ready for a relationship ... which I could relate to because neither am I!
I should have seen it coming because we had both talked about how we really weren't ready for a long time.
I guess it's not a ridiculous reason, but it's the only story I got.
It was someone I met here too (the only person I ever dated from MD).  That'll teach me!

Thanks Pam... I've spoken to her now and then since. I wish her well. She is probably reading this!
Fortunately for me, it wasn't far past the friends stage anyway. I can't imagine how much it must hurt to be dumped by someone you have a serious relationship with. This has given me a new respect for doing that to someone else.

He said it was a conflict b/c my dad belonged to an organization that he did too.

The reason I said that is cos I usually don't hang out with or date people that don't like, or at least respect, a band whose music (especially Lennon) saved my life (literally!!!). And this guy used to talk shit about The Beatles to me all the time. I'm surprised we lasted as long as we did. Maybe he felt the same about Ronald Reagan, I dunno.

haha no, and i think he'd come back from the grave and yell at me if i said that. not cos he hated Jesus or anything, but because I think he'd hate being compared to any godlike figure.
