In a deep, philosophical discussion yesterday, the great question, just what is slutty came to be the topic for a few moments. I think I might be a prude actually. Thinking back, I can count about 11 women whom I've actually had sex with. Now I was a faithful husband for 14 years, barring one drunken slip up where I made out with someone for about five minutes, then realized what I was doing was horribly wrong, and abruptly stopping, before it went too far. I felt like such a slut, I didn't even whack off for months.I've been separated for some time now, and now that divorce is in the works, I'm considering unleashing the frightening pressure of celibacy on some unsuspecting victim. I wonder tho, if I can do it. See, I became this way after having chosen a number of psychos over the years. There have been several restraining orders in my name. I suppose I fear the same will begin again. But if I do choose to sleep with some, just how many do I sample before I am a slut? How soon do I sample before I am a slut? I keep thinking about an episode of Friends, where one of the girls runs in and tells the other about this great guy, then what a great lover he was. Now, maybe I am a prude, but I kept thinking, what kind of girl sleeps with a guy before she even tells her best friend about him? On the other hand, I know how chemicals react sometimes, and I am guilty of sleeping with someone the day we met. So tell me, what makes a slut, by popular opinion?

Well, the first hundred don't count, and by the time you get the second hundred, you probably don't remember the first hundred, so it's like starting over.
The best definition of a slut I can think of is this:
She's giving it up to everybody else, but she won't let you hit it.

Well now....I think that there is a time to be a slut and a time to be, well, presentable.
If I am "with" someone in any way shape or form, i think it would be "slutty" to kiss, hold, have sex, you know..the works.
But in a commited relationship, there had BETTER be a time where I can be a slut!

As defined in the dictionary:
slut
–noun 1. a dirty, slovenly woman.
2. an immoral or dissolute woman; prostitute.
And my dear Dog... reading your post I wouldn't consider you a "man-slut". In my never to be humble opinion as "man-slut" would be a guy who:
Has sex with Judy on Monday
Has sex with Judy's best friend, Mary, on Tuesday
Has sex with Mary's best friend, Helen, on Wednesday
Has sex with Helen's best friend....... you get the idea...
and then brags about it to his beer buddies on the weekend.
You, my friend, seem to have a conscience... a "man-slut" doesn't

Slutty....it depends on your own moral code. Are you sleeping with someone just for a physical release, or are you sleeping with someone you wouldn't mind waking up with? Are you gonna feel so uncomfortable once your mission is accomplished that you have to escape? That's slutty...to me, anyway.
