yes,as we all know it,every state in the country is in a virtual bankrupt status,so,they end up turning loose on our society more and more of these violent men and women.
i know most of you have watched a crime show as it unfolded on television and you were if normal,visibly upset and shocked,but few of us are like the police detctives that actually do this a job.
there are for instance more people locked up in all of the california city,county jails plus prisons than what exists in the entire country of russia where the ghulags still exist.
it takes a wise eye and practice to size people up for whom and what they really are inside and my best advice is never give your real name,address,phone number out until you have used the online back ground checking first

Just to make it PERFECTLY clear. I am really a woman, and orange pantsuits don't look good on me. I do wear ankle bracelets though.
