Posts: 17 OK everyone... I would like to hear some thoughts on this situation.

I had a good friend back in high school, we'll call him "Bob" I havn't seen or hung out with "Bob" in over 5 years. He had a couple little sisters who I never looked at as dating material back then because of their age. Well this morning I recieved a message from one of them, we'll call her "Jan" When I read the message, I instantly replied and we exchanged screen names and chatted for a couple hours. During this discussion, "Jan" revealed to me that she has had a secret crush on me for many years. Now "Jan" has grown into a beautiful woman and we really clicked when we were talking and we decided that we should get together while I'm in town this weekend.

Is this something that is morally OK or should I talk with my friend "Bob" about this first? Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful.

Posts: 48 If you havent seen or talked to "Bob" in five years then I dont think it matters. If this was a best friend that you still talked to all the time I think he would deserve the courtesy.

I also forgot to mention that she is 10 years younger than me, I don't know if that would make a difference.

Posts: 48 I dunno. That is your call. If you hadnt seen him in five years then I am guessing it has to be atleast that since you seen her. That meant she was 13-14 at that time?

It would also depend on what you want out of that relationship.
