His username here is Betilate.I have been talking to him through e-mail and live messenger. He e-mailed me a couple of days ago from Africa and asked for money.When I said no he sent me a very nasty e-mail.Then when I went to check the info on him he gave me I could not find anything on the internet about him.I have reported him to Matchdoctor because I think he is here to scam women.

Yep, his profile says he's a retired cop who's making 100-150K, he's looking for women between 39 and 60, but his profile blurb mentions up to age 40. Lots of inconsistencies all through it. The income would make me wonder anyway - most people with high incomes don't invite people who are looking for a meal ticket by posting it.

Mom has made an excellent point and one that i use all the time. she knows the area he says he is from. a gal hit on me today, she said she was from Michigan and i simply asked her how far she lived from the U P. its as simple as that. if its if its New York City, ask them which bourogh they live in. i rarely get another letter when i challange the address or their graduate degree or the popular one now "native american". the scammers have no idea what native american means! i just ask what tribe! just ask a few logical questions. they will scoot in a hurry. LOL  is this cool or what! marebear is a true native american! marebare!!! what tribe or affiliation?

I wonder what difference does it make where he lives if he's out to scam you out of money or into sexual favors to him ( or both ) ?

Jerry, i have done that with one scammer who claimed to live in a town near where I grew up. he "moved" to Dallas really quickly!

...That was the best thing to do; after discontinuing talking to him. Without reports, sites like MD would never know. And do watch the instant messengers, as with photo share, voice or cam, you are directly connecting via proxy or not and your IP can easily be traced.

Check this out -- yesterday he had an "appealing" profile. Today he's history, apparently.

I'm not suggesting that you do this but I got so fed up with the scammers that claimed to be in the US and were on a tri[p to West Africa that this is what I did.
I simply commented on his gorgeous picture and his huge muscles. Then I thanked him for commenting on my beauty. I said I knew that standing in front of the mirror all those years would pay off and now it has. I was so excited that he noticed. So much so that I wanted him to send me a bank check for the airfare to West Africa to join him there. Of course I'd need money for a new wardrobe and incidentals. But of course I'm worth it and didn't he agree. I would also like to bring along my childhood girlfriend and of course he will pay for her airfare too. I said all three of us will have such a good time. So hurry and send me the money.

Pam!!! Poor guy...I'm sure it's tough having to think up illogical things to type to unsuspecting women!!! I have the same one bugging me...always a new screen name but I know it's him...so transparent!!! I think I will try asking him for a plane ticket to meet him...afterall, who doesn't want a barely literate 27 y/o African man???

Well I for one have gotten numerous scammers on this site and another. I'm totally fed up and I think why should we be bothered with all their BS? Wouldn't it just be hilarious if everyone one of us turned the tables on them? Maybe they would stop.
