Lets say you as another person had a chance to meet you, name one thing you would like and one thing you would dislike about you.
Your mission, if you choose to accept it [you have no choice  ] is to be honest!
Or, my alien friends from the not so far away planet Zoltar [Only 1019184,675600 bazillion miles away, but only two minutes central standard alien time] ,will assimilate you.
P.S.
I would start with me, but since I am the ruler of the univer%&*,OOPS ,I meant  ,ruler/creator of this post, I get a free pass.

I like a heck of a lot about me, but since I have to pick one: I like the fact that I make people feel welcome when they meet me.
I don't particularly like my skin.

Ok honesty right?
I don't really feel like getting assimilated, ya know probe insertions and all that entails, so I better be truthful.
I like my heart, I think it is connected to a good place, and if I learn to listen to it, I’ll be fine.
I dislike that sometimes I procrastinate, like now, lol, I got to get back to work,

I am not unique or special, I think most of us have a good heart, we just need to reconnect with it and determine the source and root of our choices in life.
Are they coming from a place of fear and hate, or love and understanding.

I like the fact that I'm honest, loving and generous
I dislike the fact that I procrastinate, I'm disorganized and most of all, just plain boring...definitely a prosaic type.

I think I have a good heart and try to find the good in everyone..... 
I hat that I cant get motivated to lose weight, I have done it before but some reason I just cant find the strength...........

I like that I've stayed at my job for 30 years and mostly enjoyed it.
I dislike my new lizard skin on my arms! It's like it appeared over night!

Self deprecation or just saying nothing at all about how you feel about yourself is much more socially expectable
It is hard to say something about yourself in the positive, for fear of ridicule or sounding egotistical.
