....when I was married.........every positive thought I ever had............he put a damper on.......he talked me out of doing all the positive things I wanted to. He was negative......never wanted to do anything positive........so could never go down that road again. Over 10 years I have been surrounded by many things that have dragged me down.......but have always fought with a vengeance to stay positve and pull myself up. Many friends have noted that throughout the bad life things that have happened.....I have always got through them and beyond them.....and there has been many.....one thing after another.....outside of my control. Yet ive eventually got on top and come out the other end. The latest bad experience was when I crashed my car 2 days ago.....now havent got a car.....and have no hope of getting another one in the short term. BUT......I know I will get there eventaully...so will rise above that one also.
I have had to learn that hard times....experiences.....tragedy....devastation and such......are all a huge part of life......and they will always happen/come along.....things beyond our control. I am my own psychotherapist.....and I think sometimes we have to be.......because no one else can do it for us.
Sorry for ranting and raving folks.........lol....just having an intense moment here.......LOL
