The question of "would I date myself?" has been asked here before...probably more than once.
However, I don't think we've explored the following questions:
Why would I date me?
Why wouldn't I?
I'll go first...it's the right thing to do!
why: I can find fun even in the most mundane. (Or, I can make it up!)
why not: I can make off-the-wall assumptions about what he's thinking.

Why not: Catch me on a bad day and I can be moody, unpredictable, and demanding...

Why?: I try harder. (Has to do with growing up short. I over-compensate.) 
Why not?: All your friends will look at me and ask "My God, are you THAT desperate?!"

I don't think this question makes much sense, because you're analyzing yourself, and it can be hard to do that objectively.
You'll be either be too critical, or easy when evaluating your qualities and traits. Others may see something in us that we can't see ourselves, which can be good or bad. so, my answer would be: "I don't know".

I can base my assesment of myself on what others have told me as well as my own feelings about myself. I am very easy-going, honest and straight forward. Women never fail to love my sense of humor. Someone much wiser than I once said that the quickest way to get a lady into bed is to make her laugh till she takes her clothes off, and he was right.
Above all other things, any lady who is with me is invariably treated like a lady, whether we end up in bed or not. If she is 4 ft tall and 300 lbs wth a pizza face she is still treated like a lady. My mother trained me right.
