So if you what to know what some men want to hear Just look at the scam ads..Here is a couple examples

I am a sweet funny lady on the exterior, but if you look deeply you will see my spiritual side and all of my hopes and dreams. There is more to a book than just the cover.I am a respectful and honest lady who is not into playing games and has no time for those who revolve around drama.I don't like to argue,so I won't waste time doing so.I am not high maintenance, so i am not into high maintenance men .I am an easy going person with no bad habits.I do not hide my emotions and I enjoy sharing my thoughts and plans with my partner. I truly enjoy being physically and emotionally close to my man and I love to spoil him with care and understanding to show how much I care about him.

or

I'm an honest, hard working faithful individual with a good head on my shoulders an a sense of direction in life. I'm very ambitious and plan to reach all my goals in life. I enjoy the outdoors Life is to short and precious to spend alone and I figured this was as good a place as any to find a friend. "My Heart is in my Destiny, My Destiny is in my Heart"..
Looking for a man who's honest, straight forward, caring, and compassionate. Not afraid of a little hard work and has at least some idea of what they really want in life,a man who is good-natured, intelligent, fun-loving, generous, and faithful. As mentioned above, a good sense of humor is a must, a manwho truly enjoys life and wants to share all its adventures with someone special. I think that's where the real joy in life comes in - being able to share the experience.

So what do scam ads say that the ladies see..

I think it will help us men know what some of you all want

Just remember that most of the articulate scam ads are C&P from real people....just like their pics.

Ok some scammer have gotten better.. Some do not post pics or try to post ones that are not studio looking. Sometimes the scams come from women that are not claiming to be in there 20's looking for guys between 30-50.. below another great example Priceless.. What i am curious is can anyone show me a fake ad that at first seems ok but turned out to be a fake for the ladies..

I love reading, listening to music, like action comedy movies, love meeting people far or near, i love been with friend and going out for camping and most of all been close to the nature.. Am looking for a man that can make me happy and be there for me through thick and thin and that can help me find the treasure that i have lost and will see me through all my ups and down, a man that is loving caring, understanding, that will respect my opinion and most of all that play the game of love. more about me: I am a sensitive, intelligent, passionate affectionate, loyal, witty, intelligent, humorous, efficient, creative, sensitive, caring, generous, communicative, sensual, charming, reliable, cleverly neat woman looking for someone special to share my world with and potentially, to grow old with. I am committed life to living to the fullest and in growing as a person. Having fun is very important to me and I am looking for someone with whom I can share life's experiences and grow together in faith and love with. My ideal match is someone who has a zest for life, someone who can have laugh and have fun but, and at the same time, he most be responsible. Someone with whom I share a strong physical and emotional connection. In the long-term, I believe that it is essential that we share similar values and that we have excellent communication with one another.I love to cook all types of food but I have no one to share a meal with-so I cook only when I have to. would u like to have a meal with me

"I think most have a good grasp on who is real and who is fake"

Yes, I agree. They follow a pretty predictable pattern.

They definitely are getting more creative...

Emotions of happiness runs through my veins Every time I think of you my mind drives me insane My excited heart gives me a clue My body turns passionate just for you Anger and fear have all but disappeared To dwell within me never to be set free Tenderness and caring is what you have brought Your smile your looks is all that it took Sadness hits me hard When tears fall from your stars When you get depressed I need to be at my best I must show you affection And bring a smile to your face
Your warmth and gentleness Will always take top place Love is what’s’ left between you and me It is the most important emotion of all you see Emotions are free to all those who breathe Without which our life would be melancholy.....

Today's scammer states that he lives in Denver CO but is looking for ladies within 50 miles of Los Angeles. He also indicates that he speaks English, German and Italian.

So here was my reply:
Danke für Ihre Post. Ich würde lieben, ein Verhältnis zu verursachen! Jedoch benötige ich Geld für einen neuen Computer und, meine Zähne auch zu reparieren. Ich verspreche, dass ich Sie immer liebe!

Grace

the English translation is:
Thank you for your mail. I would love to create a relationship! However, I need money for a new computer and also to fix my teeth. I promise I will love you always!

If he decides to reply back, then I will send the next message in Italian!

I saw that this 185 lb. 4'6" Harley rider checked out my profile, so I wrote to ask what the heck kind of Harley could he ride (OK, half of his profile was obviously stolen from somewhere -- the rest was typical "scam-eze")

This is what he wrote back:

Thanks to God and my closest friend who introduced me to matchdoctor.com,i am very glad that after going through your profile i felt comfortable sending you an email, who knows where it leads. this also makes me feel special as i have never done this with anyone.....i am very new to this whole internet stuff so i urge you to forgive me if i go wrong in anyway during the course of our communication.....i believe in fate cause thats the way we boost our success in life...i enjoy some sort of outdoor activities like, going to the beach, playing tennis, hiking and spending lots of together time with my partner alone in an asserted place.i enjoy cooking, mostly the american meal,my favourtie board game is literratti..aka Scrabbles......i think distance, physical looks are really less important in a relationship, what matters is whats on the inside...so it doesnt bother me if you live far away from me......i think i talked about myself a lil the best way i could,i would like to still write you a detailed message telling you more about me and to also attach some more pics of me for you to figure out what a charming princess i could be(LOL),although physical looks are really less important in a relationship..i was born in usa but grew up in the states with my mum.....i would like you to write me something about you with more pictures to my personal email, then i would respond with the same....if you wanna reach my personal email,******{email address removed},i look forward to hear from you soon

smith cares.

Sorry, I have nothing against gays, but I draw the line at the GUY being a princess (or queen) in any relationship prospect that I might be interested in.

Sheesh, have you noticed how active the "Smith Family" has been lately? Last week it was the "Cole Family"...maybe I should introduce them to each other and neither will have to get passports to leave Nigeria and revel in their love.

I seem to get emails from the whole population of single women in China. I'm sure I'm not the only guy who does though.

I can sympathize Lobo--the only mail I get from men lately are scammers. They have just joined MD for the free 3-day trial! I'm really getting tired of it.

I've been on vacation and seem to have eluded the scammers for awhile, but, they've started again....I just finished telling "Steven" that I don't believe a word he has said....AND, that, I'm convinced that he's definitely NOT a Native American. I told him that he'd have to look for his Angel elsewhere.

If he's anything like the rest of em, he'll reply that he was so happy to hear from me and ask me to reply to his private email address...how much ya wanna bet?

Frankly, I don't see an answer to the problem of scammers, they get caught, and sign up again, under a new name. However, they have not yet learned to perfect their presentation (if they read my profile, they'd know I was a writer and Editor.) I spot them immediately...even though I must admit that I LOVE some of what they say!

Personally, I find the players much more dangerous....it's not about money...it's about their fantasies and what they're willing to say to keep our interests. I'm getting better at that, too....if they hesitate too long before they meet, I lose interest and let them know.

I'm still not ready to give up....but, BOY, am I getting SMART!

Just my thoughts.

KK

I got an email yesterday with a picture of a 48 year old woman, however the email was from Robert. I wrote back and told him he'd been busted and he replied:

"I'm so sorry if I made you mad...I borrowed the profile of my little niece just so I could contact you."

What have I learned? I'm real good at using the "report spam" and "block" buttons.

Got this one from a 40 year old woman in Nigeria:

I suppose I am easygoing, friendly, open-minded person with good sense of humor. I appreciate honesty and frankness in the relationships. I can add that I am a romantic person. I have many interests. I am fond of sport, literature, travel. I like to spend time with close people and with friends.

Gotta love it. They all want honesty...

I cut out the overseas e-mails by going into my profile and checking that I only wanted to hear from people in the U.S. That cut my scam mail pretty much out. I also went into the part where it asks what ethnic backgrounds I would like to hear from and I made my choices there. I know that's limiting myself to a point, but the scammers were far outweighing any potential interests that I might have. The language barrier is a dead give away and some even copy other profiles to sound proficient in English. Then they send mail and it's entirely different. Oh and they always want to move away from MD right away into their Yahoo account to chat.

I've had a few slip through, but overall I've had very few scammers writing me now. The ones that do slip through, I block.
