When receiving a wink what is the proper response? Does one send an e-mail introducing oneself? I received a wink from a female in the desired age group but far away. Since my beginning desire was to make on-line friends should one initiate a short message?
Based on several comments I have read most of the ladies here dislike the feature. I, therefore have eschewed it's use.

A nod?
A wink’s as good as a nod to a blind man ... right?

I receive winks from guys... I figure it's a way of saying hello and/or they like my profile without invading the fact that I am married and just here for friendships. I take it as a compliment and even though I don't reply with a wink...I don't get mad either. As I have no way of reading their intentions.. I just accept it and smile.

Thanks for your opinion, Snappy. When I send you a wink it will be from one person born within weeks of you wishing you the absolute best luck possible with the challenges facing you.

Rip off her shirt....Oh wait, then she might call the cops. You could wink back or say thanks for the wink. I've done that. Then if you want to keep chatting it can go from there.

I keep hoping that if I send winks to the ladies here they'll send topless pics to me .... not sure why that idea isn't working ....

Maybe .. should I just ask for the pic, and maybe send $10.00 just in case...?
