Hi I hope this the right place to come for help because I feel like I'm just sinking deeper and deeper!
There is this girl I met on vacation and we hanged out a couple times...we actually lived close to each other so we added each other on facebook. She said she wanted to see me sometime so I sent her a message about a week ago and I got no response but I know she goes on Facebook often. I don't wanna message her again sounding like a desperate stalker but I wish she just messaged me..this is really making me feel depressed.
I don't like being ignored and if she just messaged me telling me why she doesn't wanna see me I would be fine with that. I'm really tempted to write her another message if she doesn't respond within my patient waiting time. Maybe I'll message her again just to talk about something general...
Maybe I'll go to her school and wait for her to leave so I can speak to her directly. But thats an ultimate stalker.
For some reason I cant let this just blow over...
I really don't know what to do now.... cant stop thinking about this
I Just wanna speak to her one more time to see whats going on.

Do ladies like ignoring people or something...
I don't think you know how if feels espically after you say something and then just write nothing back. I'm just stuck with the feeling "WHY"

I strongly recommend you walk away and never look back. If she hasn't responded yet, honestly, that is probably an answer to your question. Sometimes when people meet in a place or situation that is not normal (like a vacation) they might say things that they find themselves wishing they hadn't said afterwords.
This in no way means that there is anything wrong with you, just that she came to the conclusion (for whatever reason) that meeting again was not a good idea. I would just let it go, and find other interests for the time being. Sometimes, silence is the hardest to take, because you try to find reasons in yourself for the lack of response, and sometimes it is just because the chemistry or whatever really wasn't there.

I agree, Piodin, it's often best to just face-up and say, "Sorry I'm just not interested."
I think when this occurs it's not because they don't care...it's because they care enough to not offer a rejection...knowing full well that the silence itself is a rejection.
Or it could also be that they truly DON'T care. Either way...the silence is an answer and one that should be heeded.
We could go on and on about how it's impolite, rude, etc. The fact of the matter is, it still doesn't change the answer. People are rude in life. This is part of it. It does suck.

I really don't know....I havent been feeling much better over the days I have actually felt worse today. Who knows what will happen maybe I'll go into nevous breakdowns or something and need to get meds.
I really liked her and its a shame that this incident can fuc* with my mind this severely.
