I always read a profile prior to winking.., but if he read something you posted and winked at you -isn't that still ok?

Nope, I read all the profiles and sometimes write just to comment on something I like in a profile.

I love reading profiles. Especially to see what creative adjectives they used to describe who they aren't ! I wont mention any names but I read a profile of a woman as she described herself as caring, considerate, smart and witty, and all the other fuzzy stuff. i then saw a post about a week later about winks and watched as she told the forum when a guy winks at her she basically tells him to f**k off.
So yes I enjoy reading profiles. No pics neccessary !

This doesn't shock me at all.
It's typically more a guy thing, but, I have been guilty of it myself.
I won't say that looks are the top priority, but, physical attraction is a big plus and it can definitely rule someone out if you are here seeking a relationship for many I would imagine.
This does not offend me at all. I actually find it quite cute and even flattering that guys think I'm attractive and don't bother reading the profile.....I just figure they are so excited about my looks they figure they better write quick before I get taken and they will take time to read the profile later.  Boys will be boys.

I got one wink and then a 2 word email. I checked his profile and pic. Hummm....profile only read mysterious and the pic! All I could think of was the name Bubba!

I think very few guys actually read profiles (except for most of the men on the forums) Most just figure if they like the picture then they wink. In my case I know when people don't read my profile because they will wink at me and in my profile it says no winks lol.

I read the profile's and never look at a picture first. I first look at distance and what is in their profile.. I think you can see right away when a guy doe's not read your profile. His e-mail's will reflect that. You could turn that around and ask the same of the ladie's.

I don't read profiles that much..I look at her face, location, age, and age preference then wink at her or write her....Sorry girls.
