I saw this cute girl working at my apartment's leasing office, but i dont know how to approach her and keep the conversation goin and finally ask her out??

Also she looks like a person who wouldnt talk to random people...not to be mean but kinda like b***h

...How did you manage to post this thread 3 times? 
...Anyway, if you don't have the game, the only way you are going to learn is to get with it. Just a guess, but your biggest fear is rejection and to ask her out on a date is about as lame as it gets to set yourself up for rejection.
...Hot girls have been hit on so much, they have perfected the "interview" process down to a science of sorts, to eliminate the dorks, of which that b***h look could be a part of it and if it is not, you don't want to be with her anyway.
...Get a plan of something fun to do in the next couple of days, stop in, introduce yourself and tell her what your plans are for Saturday or whatever and briefly explain what this fun adventure is and being the cool guy you are, you thought you would see if she wanted to tag along and have some fun as well.
No pressure, no "date," no boy/girl... just having some fun.
Hint: Aviation in your profile and if you have your private license, an hour or so in a C152, Piper, etc. would be different and fun.
...If she says that "sounds great," tell her to write her email down and you will let her know a more exact time later in the day, or tomorrow. If she gives you her email and while she is writing, tell her to put her phone number on there as well and follow through without being a dork about it.
...If she says she is busy, or no, she does not want to have any fun, it is only rejection if you have created anticipation as a boy/girl date and no big deal. As well, she may already have a BF, or actually too busy working her way through college, etc.
...You have to realize there is not a rarity of potential dates; not with 3-1/2 billion women in this world and if you are not doing so already, expand your social circle.
...Besides, you need the practice and the last thing you want to be is needy, or become stuck with the wrong girl, because you are needy... but rather you are the fun and cool guy; the alpha male that is confident, but not an ass.

Sometimes the Post button is a bit slow.. I just watch the little bar on the bottom..
Great suggestions, SG.. personally I love flying, and would take any opportunity to get a chance to!  (Not that I am asking for a ride, just saying.. )

Yes, you have to be different.
I would suggest "walking" into the leasing office on your knees, hat in hand, and crawl right up to her desk, give her one look with that big puppy dog eyes look, and simply implore/beg her to go out with you. Just tell her something simple and honest like, "You are so HOT!!! I would marry you today if you weren't working. Because you are working, I think you should do the second best thing and please....PLEASE....PLEASE go out with me!!! It doesn't matter what we do. I'll do anything YOU want to do! I just want to be in your presence. No...I NEED to be in your presence!!!! So...please....will you PLEASE go out with me? It would make me so happy. And when I'm happy, it makes my mom happy, too!"
So, go ahead and give it a shot. Just might work. And if it doesn't? Well, you've learned what NOT to do next time, so either way, it's all good!!!!
